Yikes, I hope not, poor Sam looks so bewildered at the moment, wonder how long it will go on for, hopefully not that long that we will give up caring what will happen.

Yes I often think I would be better off not getting spoiled I can't help myself!

jojoanna · 19/01/2014 16:38

I was not aware that there were no spoilers??

poorbuthappy · 19/01/2014 16:43

I think Rachel should have gone to Megan.
She knows how awful her brother is so would have been able to piece it all together.
Personally I hope Charity's comeuppance is painful and bit too far in the future. Grin

qazxc · 20/01/2014 17:50

Or she could have gone to Cain who knows full well what charity is capable off.

nikkihollis · 20/01/2014 20:54

I agree I hope Charity really gets what's coming to her as this is a new low even by her already skewed moral compass. And please let them not drag it out forever until she does. I thought tonight's episode was pretty good for a change. Esp Brenda's story. Clever how she's found a new 'use' for her wig.

Ellenora5 · 21/01/2014 14:52

I'm getting a bit sick of Sam and his ranting, I know he is upset but his angry face is really annoying me. I think Debbie has them sussed but I bet she won't do anything about it. Why did Brenda steal the ipod, was it just because she could.

OP posts:
nikkihollis · 21/01/2014 18:00

Ellenora I think Brenda stole the ipod because she's found that shoplifting feels good and is helping with the loss of Genny. She feels that everyone expects her to be able to have been able to 'move on' and she is still understandably grief stricken what with the cancer and little Molly having gone to live in Canada. So it's a coping method. I gathered last night that the ipod is a present for Heath and that she's now going to ''get' something for Kathy. Eeeek. Hope she stops before she gets nicked.

AmIIndecisive · 21/01/2014 18:44

I find Sam (and Rachel) incredibly annoying and flame me all you want to but I like Declan (maybe still because of Cutting It). I also think him and Charity make an interesting pair so I hope they get away with it!

Strawdolly · 21/01/2014 18:49

I've said it before and I'll say it again, can they not for once have a character in a soap lose a child and not react in some illegal/crazy (for want of a better word Flowers)/dramatic way. But I suppose it's all about the drama, isn't it. Tut.

NuggetofPurestGreen · 21/01/2014 19:28

Go on Cain!

Olbasoil · 21/01/2014 19:30

I can't wait for Charity to come back now ! About time Cain Grin

NuggetofPurestGreen · 21/01/2014 19:57

I like the way both Debbie and Sam have both figured out exactly what's happened already. Unlike the police.

Olbasoil · 22/01/2014 09:51

I really dislike Lisa, but maybe her character has changed because of the rape ( true to life scriptwriting) So understandable.

nikkihollis · 22/01/2014 18:10

Please can anyone give me a brief low down on last night. I missed it and don't have time to catch it on iplayer before tonight's epi. I gather that Cain has re-appeared. Pleeeeeeease let him sort bloody Charity and Decland out.

qazxc · 22/01/2014 19:00

Sure even if Charity now admits to the family what she has done. nothing will happen.
She'll be ignored for a couple of weeks and then taken back into the fold as she is family. They won't grass her up to the police as it goes against the "Dingle code".
After all Cain has been pretty horrid through the years. Debbie was involved in the death of her cousin Gennie and covering up for cameron.
So if she does say she's done it now, will anything really happen to her?

SpottyTeacakes · 22/01/2014 19:05

Why isn't it on tonight?! Angry

Olbasoil · 22/01/2014 19:55

It depends on the scriptwriter !

Cain has been terrible through out the years, but hasn't actually hurt his family physically. Debbie was seen to be influenced by Cameron, so was given a slapped wrist and forgiven for Gennie. Aaron didn't set fire to the garage to kill Cain, Adam did, Aaron wanted to protect his best mate and Cain knew he that he didn't do it. Chas has received the most hate, but once Cain forgave her, that was it really.
The thing with the Sam/Charity situation is that Sam is Cain's brother ( he should be called Abel!) and even though he finds him annoying, he will protect him. He helped Sam with Alice for instance.

nikkihollis · 22/01/2014 21:06

I'm just going to watch last night's on iplayer. Didn't realise it wasn't on tonight either!

SpottyTeacakes · 23/01/2014 20:14

I feel sorry for Ali. I've never liked her much but Jai is being mean and she looks sad!

poorbuthappy · 23/01/2014 20:24

Oh Eric!

Ellenora5 · 24/01/2014 00:11

Why can't Val just spit it out and tell Eric, he is over the fact that she had a fling, he was with Brenda, just tell him Val!!!!!!!!

Now that Ali has told Dan it's only a matter of time before he tells Kerry and she will blab to everyone and I bet Charity will still get away with it Shock and why didn't Jai make sure his name was on Archie birth cert, or was it too late because the birth had already been registered

OP posts:
Strawdolly · 24/01/2014 14:01

Was Eric just spluttering or Does He Have a Cough?? (I've been watching Breaking Bad Wink)

nikkihollis · 24/01/2014 18:43

I don't like Eric or Val or Ali much either but actually feeling bit sorry for them all. Oh and Ruby after her miscarriage. That was sad. And Brenda. Gawwwwd it's nearly as depressing as Eastenders. I had to bail out of that around 1990 because it was so relentlessly depressing.

Strawdolly · 24/01/2014 18:56

I once taped two Eastenders omnibus editions and watched them in one go. I've never watched another one since - that was too much 'depressing' in one go. I'll still bitch about it like I watch it though Grin

Aquelven · 24/01/2014 19:36

Charity & Declan threatening to kill children now. How much longer do we have to put up with this dreadful story line.
Dan, for goodness sake tell Kerry then all the village will know.
