How did he survive jumping of that building? How did he get all that blood back inside him? How did he survive being dead?! Shock

Thats the trouble, all anyone is interested in is how he did it.

The trouble is, if they show it, I'm sure it will be an anticlimax. The point has already been made by Watson that he 'wasn't interested in how, but why'.

If there are any clues so far, then Mary said
"You jumped off a roof"
to which he replied
"No".

And that Sherlock's comment about magic.
(which amounts to magic is the art of illusion. You believe what you THINK you see, not what you actually see. To that end you never see Sherlock hit the pavement, Watson's reaction to what he thinks he sees thats about it).

Which is why I'm inclined to go with Oodles and say that'll they'll show a bunch of different 'explanations' none of which is correct.

My DH has also asked for a tshirt.

I'd like to see the Sherlock/Moriaty snog again Grin

Zone2mum · 01/01/2014 21:48

Twitter is definitely enhancing this disappointing television programme watching experience for me, but even so, I am still wondering if I can stay awake for the end. What is the storyline in this episode, haven't spotted it yet?

RedToothBrush · 01/01/2014 21:49

Molly = Dead?

Allthingsprettyreturns · 01/01/2014 21:50

Oh i so wanted Molly and him to get together...

OodlesofOods · 01/01/2014 21:53

Story coming now

RedToothBrush · 01/01/2014 21:54

If the girl heard Watson screaming, the guy throwing petrol on would too.

bisjo · 01/01/2014 21:55

Maybe the guy with the petrol is one of those Sherlock is watching?

HazeltheMcWitch · 01/01/2014 21:56

Aww they're his parents! HIs real life ones!

bisjo · 01/01/2014 21:57

Do you mean BC's parents?

HazeltheMcWitch · 01/01/2014 21:58

yep - sorry - BC's parents played Sherlock's parents.

(wow, the casting director worked reaally hard on that show!)

Zone2mum · 01/01/2014 21:58

How cosy.
Right, that's it, Stanley Baxter's on BBC1. I'm off there now...

bisjo · 01/01/2014 22:01

It's all pretty dull, isn't it?

RedToothBrush · 01/01/2014 22:01

DH is screaming at the TV about this being shit and slow. He's been one step ahead on everything so far.

Nerfmother · 01/01/2014 22:03

Bits of this are super boring, sorry!
Will we ever find out how he did it?
Bobby Ewing and the shower anyone?

Zone2mum · 01/01/2014 22:04

Sorry I meant bbc2. But I fear we will have too many talking heads and not enough of the actual material...

bisjo · 01/01/2014 22:04

They could have easily confined this to an hour.

HazeltheMcWitch · 01/01/2014 22:05

It is a bit dull, yes. I think it has just been built up a bit too much.

ALso - it is so bloody dark (as in night sky dark rather than emotionally) - I find it hard to see what's going on.

RedToothBrush · 01/01/2014 22:06

How did the not notice that the back carriage with the drivers control was missing?

RedToothBrush · 01/01/2014 22:11

Wow, they only had 1:30 left...

bisjo · 01/01/2014 22:12

Their time would have been up by now.

Nerfmother · 01/01/2014 22:17

Erm so if they cleared the area and everyone was an actor then it was bloody easy wasn't it?

Nerfmother · 01/01/2014 22:17

No passers by to trick, just Watson.

RedToothBrush · 01/01/2014 22:18

Yep exactly.

It was just about Watson's reaction.

Nerfmother · 01/01/2014 22:19

I'm with Philip. Bit disappointed.
