I know it's been shit for ages but its just dire atm. I'm a bit behind and stopped watching when bunhead Lauren was getting drunk. Switched back on and she's back from rehab. Was her rehab in the Maldives? I'm sick to the back teeth of her and joey. What a mockery they've made of teen drinking showing her recovered. She's a terrible actress.

Lucy is weird and for an eastender she's got a v posh accent. As has bobby. And Dennis. And Sharon.

And I really don't like how every victim of sexual abuse is portrayed as promiscuous. In one episode we see Kat dragging a guy into an alley for a quickie and Whitney getting into a car with strange men. Not every child victim is like kat and bloody Whitney. Utter tosh. I need another long break from it. I only came back to it cos corrie is terrible these days.

Surely you would go and see a solicitor at least once before trying to kill the mother of your child.

He did though, and the solicitor basically said he had no chance.

I think this whole storyline is crap. Michael wouldn't be that stupid to get killed off.

I also loved that comment about sports wear . He seemed to be the only well written character in the programme.

Now I'm waiting for the next Moon addition. They're all a bit dark aren't they? They also seem to come in pairs of male brothers. I remember the two earlier brothers from years ago, one of them killed the other.

Yes i'll really miss michael too- why couldnt they have had alice kill janine instead? No-one would have missed either of them.

Why did the policeman say 'Is everything alright?' when Alice answered the door. They must have heard all the commotion going on!

I'm not affronted or anything..but Janine can't really get away with it can she. E.g. she cut herself, wouldn't they check the way the cut and been made and the angle (or whatever they do)? And version of events not matching up. Alice's would make more sense from forensic point of view? And Janine,who might appear respectable now, has dreadful past on paper. Ex prostitute, questioned over husband Barry's death... Though it is the EE police after all.

I think Alice had her teeth done at one point (mentioned in first, now full, thread) we thought the teeth were rather too big for her mouth.

Also interestedly waiting to see if Sam does a runner with his newly acquired kidney, as predicted up thread!

Will Janine never get her comeuppance? She could have backed up Alice to a certain degree rather than an out and out lie. No wonder she couldn't look at Scarlett.

I SO think Sam came back for the kidney and will pop off now he's got it. I'm sure there was a real life story where a long lost dad got in touch for the same reason and then disappeared again, new kidney in place.

I thought Michael might commit suicide as he said he thought he would 'end up like his mum' or some such. Realise how much not having his mother had damaged him and felt he couldn't kill Janine after all. I would rather he had just left. His story is pretty sad and perpetuates what appears to be the Eastenders theory that if you have an unhappy childhood or childhood trauma-you are doomed for life!

I think Janine got alice to cut her. didn't alice have her blood on her hands and top? I wonder if that will be the clue the police need to see Janine is lying? michael binned the top but Janine has said Michael cut her so why would her blood be on alice's top?

A picture and caption has come up of Sam on my Facebook feed today. It would seem the prediction is correct!

Also re: Janine, didn't she stab herself when she had that fight with Stacey? That's why Stacey left. It seems she has had loads of people stabbing her about, surely the police would find this a bit strange?

Why did they repeat the money stolen story again? First cindy steals and gets away with it and then someone steals the church money at football. I'm going to have to stop watching again. Cindy and Danny are too unlikeable.

Didn't somebody mention Joey leaving? I'm hoping not, though I've decided he really isn't a great actor in EE, but would like to see him in period drama or something different

Why? Why the hell do script writers do this. They bring in new characters who are intensely dislikeable, loathsome in fact. Like cindy. Like Carl. Like Derek. Like Sam. Then they wonder why people have switched off and ratings are down.

Cindy isn't even related to Ian ffs.
Why should I care if Sam or dexter live or die?

See I don't get why Janine didn't just go with Alice's story about her stabbing Michael because he was attacking Janine. All she had to lie about was the number of stabs. As it is she has told such a whopper it is bound to come out in the end as she has previous for a husband dying in dodgy circumstances (Barry) and the prostitution, etc where Alice is squeaky clean so far.

Billy hid the money in order to show Danny up.

Janine would be torn apart by a good lawyer but we rarely see the trials.
I didn't think she'd be allowed to visit Alice.

Alfie/Kat storyline SO dull. She's selfless and 'together' all of a sudden and he's more oafish than ever. Boring.
Also-Sharon? What is the point of her being in it now? What happened to her addiction?
