Life took over a bit after Wimbledon, what with the school hols and all (had to actually speak to the dc), but all calming down a bit now. Have you started your course yet?

Great results for Rafa and Evans. It's so frustrating not being able to actually watch though innit (no Sky here either, and dh resolutely refusing to contribute to their coffers!) Clay, re the US Open site live streaming/ proxy server thing, can you tell us how to do that (change server that is). I am so technologically challenged. I did consider the Bet 3365 (or whatever it is thing, but got no further than that (ie, considering). Perhaps we should all consider a mumsnet trip to New York next year as well as Wimbledon!

Farley Course starts Monday. I agreed to babysit each Friday night as I get a half day in college on Fridays and Mondays off so figured it was the best night to have her stay over with us. The entire weekend to sit, spaced out wondering what the actual heck just hit me!

I've given up alcohol until Christmas. It's been a week so far. A very long week.

Chub I gave up alcohol in April- and lasted right up to the end of June (when my sister's 40th birthday wrecked my resolve). Am determined to stop again on Monday
