Firstly - don't you just love it? I can watch it again and again and it always makes me laugh. Earlier we had Bryn saying "Fee Fi Fo Fum" and then "Joking, I am - I'm not really a giant".

Secondly - why is Owain Hughes funny?

Thirdly - Ness was nearly in All Saints, drove trucks for Eddie Stobart, worked in Bollywood and nannied for Richard and Judy. What else?

There's an outtake on the DVD - the first time Nessa drove off in that truck she took out the wing mirror of a parked car on the other side of the road

Isn't the Owain Hughes thing because "Hughes" means to plough or farm the land in Welsh, so it means something like "Owain, who farms/ploughs" and that's why they're always asking "and do you?"

Disclaimer- I'm not welsh nor do I speak the language, I just know what Hughes means in English.

I love G&S, pure and utter genius. The Christmas special was one of my favourite episodes, the other being the one where Bryn arranges a surprise party for Gwen. I love it when he maniacally screams "SURPRISE! SURPRISE! SURPRISE!" in Gwen's face when she walks in . And his attempt at an American accent - "We're having a barrrrrn darrrrnce."

Also love Bryn singing Something Inside So Strong at Neil the baby's christening.

I love that one where G&S are shagging at breakfast time & Pam sings along to the radio.

Smithy is Neil, as is Nessa's Dad. Hence Neil, the baby. And yes DOris is another great character - I love her telling Gwen that she's twatted, if truth be told.

I watched Love & Marriage and it had Gavs mum and dad in it.

I luffs Gavin and Stacey I do. I came to the party late, waaayyyy after it finished and ended up watching the whole 3 series back to back while in hospital with DS.

I love Smithy and his sister Ruth and when Gavin, Smithy and Pam start singing and rapping.

Excellent show.

Nessa was also a drug smuggler and used to swallow condoms full of crack.

I used to love another show with Julia Davies and Ruth Jones in it called Nighty Night. I adored that show it was so so so wrong but so hilariously funny. I'm off to you tube it now!
