Well, when I say almost what I mean is the 29th September in the US, and I think we were a week behind last series so early October - roll on the Autumn.

. One of the comments says that at the end Brodie says in Arabic "I am a muslim lost in this world..help me come clean again".

I CANNOT wait. I've missed Carrie so much. And Saul. Anyone sad enough to join me in the anticipation?

I'd assumed that the operation Virgil was tipping Carrie off about was Salieri's operation to "get Carrie off the streets". Saul had approved of that but didn't actually want it to work?

"Getting Carrie off the streets" could just have meant bringing her in to debrief her and stand her down, rather than bumping her off I suppose, in which case Salieri might not be a bad guy, and Saul was just more ruthless than him about letting Carrie carry on with this ridiculously tormenting business of being bait for the Iranians by pretending to be mad and a CIA persona non grata.

I think the headscarf incident was just a clumsy way of showing the pressure that Saul is under to track down the bombers.

bisjo - I agree. I don't think there's a massive significance to the headscarf comment - it was just a fairly cack-handed way of showing the grief/effect of the CIA bombing on those who were left.

Burning question for tonight's episode: Will Brodie get his hair back? I've realised that the only really likeable aspect of this character (aside from his loyalty to his faith among all his other weakling vacillations) is that he is a bit of a hottie, and without his hair he is so nottie.

Perhaps his hair has dyed itself black and gone into deep cover as an Islamist's beard. But is it a double agent or a triple agent? Nobody knows.

His hair is very short in recent pictures so I reckon it must be like that for the entire series unfortunately.

I'm just wondering if he will even be in this episode (and resisting the urge to google to find out).
