Well its not like aleesha is a nee woman- david has known her, lived with her as a husband and been a step father to her son for a few years now- he called off his wedding to be with her. I think its a bit more than a new relationship. But yes i think priya was hoping he'd go back with her.

Eric is like the wise man on Emmerdale these days. Spot on re David - he IS being naive. How the hell he expect Priya to cope with having Alicia involved with the baby after he dumped her or expect Alicia to cope with David being involved with Priya's baby, is beyond me.

Is this new vicar candidate going to get the job? I don't like her already. But then I can't stand Ashley either. I think neither should get the job and they should hire someone else completely.

And poor little Noah. How he and Sarah will turn out after the traumas they've been through during their childhood's heaven only knows.

Was Gil introduced as Gil King, I could have misheard, but if he was is he going to be some long lost brother/relative of Jimmy and get the Kings back into Homefarm, (Nicola would be in her element) of course I could be clutching at straws here to make up a new storyline as I don't care about the new Vicar or the baby that is on the way.

I remember him in Brookside, he used to cut quite a dash from what I can remember.

Gil is a bit of a silver fox! Sort of a Georgie Clooney lite. He has GC's hairstyle from about 10 years ago. I suppose it takes Yorkshire a while to catch up with Hollywood hair trends though.

Gils last name is Keane, so not looking like a relation to the Kings.

The Vicar lady is played by Katherine Dow Blyton who has appeared a few times in Casualty, Doctors and Corrie. Also appeared once in Hollyoaks, The Royal, Scott and Bailey and a few other tv series.

Charity is really grating on me...

Vicar lady was a regular in hollyoaks. Cant remember her name but she was the mum of ellie, lee and another boy and girl i cant remember their names. (Lisa?) i also have a feeling her husband in hollyoaks was fireman paul from corrie.

Yes shes being horrible about rachael too. Its so nasty, especially when charity has made her living through sleeping with men. Stones and Glass houses etc

She's made her living from sleeping with men, either as a prostitute, running scams or general gold digging.
She has had numerous affairs inc sleeping with marlon (her cousin), her husbands sister, Jimmy King (think she was seeing his dad at the time, but mainly did it to piss off patsy kensit)
Noah has had 5 "dads" so far and has been continuously shunted around it's amazing he's not completely mixed up.

yes he was a potential dad for noah, so when she was married to chris. I think there were about three potential dads for noah.

it did end up being chris tate's but i think there about 3 possible dads inc marlon.
So chris was Daddy #1
then Tom king was Daddy#2
then that bloke that debbie was shagging and charity was marrying was Daddy #3
Cain was Daddy #4, i remember noah asking at that stage if cain was his "forever daddy"
and Jai was Daddy# 5 , i think at that stage she changed noah's name to sharma (i vaguely remember producing a passport with noah's new name on it)
