I've found a couple of threads about particular characters but was wondering if there was one just for general observations and if we could have a hands up to see if anyone else cried at Brenda's hair thing. I thought all those tears and smiles looked real

He can push a pram of mine anyday yes I agree it would be nice to have a happy storyline for once, they always have such miserable Christmases in soapland.

Cain would be lovely with a newborn. He was so upset when Moira had the miscarriage, bless him.

Yeah much as I love Cain though I find that hard to reconcile with how horrible he was to Amy when she was pregnant and tried to force her to have the abortion

Yes thats very true nuggets- its hard to see that monster when you saw him so upset and loving when moira had the miscarriage.

Even cain at the beginning of him and moira was vile wasnt he? He was horrible to her but she still went back for more.

Well didn't he tell her dead husband about them having an affair? Back before he was dead obviously. He's only gotten nice very recently.

He hasn't had much luck with having children has he? Debbie given up for adoption and only found out about her years later. Kyle given up for adoption, Moira's miscarriage and didn't Jasmine from Doctor Who have an abortion when she was pregnant with his baby but was going out with Debbie?

Did she? I cant remember that about jasmine. I remember him sleeping with 'ollie' (molly in corrie) years ago when she was underage- he really is vile when you think of his sexual history. All young girls starting with charity at 14.

Yeah him and Debbie were in a row about something at the time (how mature of him fighting with his teenage daughter ) and she was going out with Jasmine to annoy Cain so Cain slept with Jasmine to annoy Debbie! And then Debbie talked Jasmine into getting an abortion....

I better be careful or I'll turn us all off Cain and there'll be more appreciation society!

Edna's house clearly has Tardis-like properties Ellenora. At any one time there's about half the village dossing in there.

Aren't all soap houses like that? You should see how many people are living in Pat Butchers old house in Enders at the moment!

All the cottages in Emmerdaleand terraces & flats in Corrie have elastic walls.

I missed the actual blow (MNing)but i think he lashed out and caught her by accident although not sure. Cannot believe how little he was making of it tonight! And megan for lying to protect him!

Did priya really think aleesha was going to just drop off the scene now shes keeping the baby? Did she not realise that aleesha is going to be her child's step mother?

I think Priya is hoping that david will switch back to her now she is pg.
But TBH why does Aleesha need to be so involved? Her and David have only been together two minutes, would David be happy with some random bloke sticking his oar in if priya met someone tomorrow?
Surely Priya and David need to sort parenting between the 2 of them.
David is a father figure to Jacob, and whilst he and Priya where together, Priya was involved but not trying to be a second mother to him, IYSWIM.
