And surely if someone has been shot, there ought to be a bit of blood? But there wasn't a single drop to be seen - not on Kate's dress or on Brennan's shirt, or even on the paramedics' hands. Nada.

Also, the bit with the gravestone was ALL WRONG - you have to wait for months, for the ground to settle, before you can put the headstone up.

The funeral was a bit crap too - all dim lighting and flock wall paper and velvet curtains and people over-emoting and I didn't get a lump in my throat at all.

Is she definitely dead though?
