What annoyed me about him was that whenever they were discussing sleep training with Tanya, he kept going on about how tired he was! And when she was getting the kids ready to go out he was sat there reading and made her get him a biscuit because he was starving

I think when it gets to the point that your wife is fitting because she is so tired, it's time to put that book down. I don't care how old he is!

Could not believe it when he said he was 'starving' and she toddled off and got him a biscuit!!

And then he had the nerve to do all the male bravado bullsh*t when agreeing to put the twins to bed...'I did run the house for three days while you were in hospital, darling.'

Shock that those 2 mums are same age as I am...felt a bit smug when I heard that (then slapped self on wrist for being cocky!)
Double shock at Larry...completely disassociated from the twins. But, my deep down, probably wrong, suspicion is that she won't "bother" him about them, because she worries that he never really wanted children in the first place (either he'd already had his kids and hadn'y planned on more, or he'd decided he didn't want them or whatever...) because it was an unplanned pregnancy... Also, wtf was that about peeing on an old pregnancy test even though she never ever ever thought she could possibly be pregnant...??!!!

And did you hear the older chap trying to persuade his wife to do the evening shift?

yeh heard him say to her about having to do the nightshift last night, think Tanya's got him sussed though.

I wonder if Tanya will unearth the exact relationship Larry has with his wife. Massive age gap, he's so patronising to her everytime he opens his mouth and she is so subservient to him. Very father/daughter like. Where can Tanya go with such a mismatch?
