Scarlett has finally got rid of Avery! I might have actually gone "yes!" out loud when that happened Wouldn't be surprised if she ends up back with him though...
Wish there was more Gunnar this week, he only had a few lines!

I love it, watching the first three episodes I can get my hands on tonight, that's 2-4 as I have missed the first but thanks to all your helpful comments I'm catching up on what I've missed.

Kept thinking what had Kimberly Williams-Paisley(who plays Margaret/Peggy) had been in! Got a shock when I found out she was the daughter in Father of the Bride! Because it was so long ago now and she looks really young still.

Love Gunner, Sam Palladio, he's 27, that's not that young!

Very glad that Claire has ditched Avery - even though I agree he will talk her round, she's far too much of a wet nelly to tell him to do one.

Annoyed though that Coleman is thinking about not ratting out Teddy - just get on with it already!

BOF, technically he's only just OK for me too. Still feel a bit of a dirty old lady though .

Loved tonight's ep! My favourite so far. Especially liked the scenes with Rayna, Juliette, Liam, and Deacon together. Liam and Deacon...hope we see more of them together! Two lovely beardy men

For a second towards the end when Sean and Juliette were talking in her dressing room, I thought he was gonna propose!

Agree, Gretzky. It was great to see Rayna and Juliette take their relationship beyond just the occasional spat and I completely loved the fact they were both gritting their teeth and manufacturing star power for all their worth! Liam and Deacon were great together too, all good.

Very glad Claire now has no excuse to go back to Avery, I especially sniggered at his band being called The Avery Wotsit Band - ego much?! Bring on the writing. I felt bad for Hayley though - Gunnar not exactly putting much effort into disguising his feelings for Claire.

Who else loves sean? May replace Wentworth miller in my affections

Sean is lovely. Especially when it turned out he has tattoos!

I have hope for Gunner and Scarlett. I think they will get together (after the obligatory twists and turns along the way). I like Juliette's new guy (Sean?). He brings out her non-bitchy/wanting to be loved side. I really dislike Rayna's husband. What a wet blanket.

Yes - she urgently needs to get some redeeming qualities. She's obviously meant to be a counterpoint to the ballsy, showbizzy other female leads and arguably be the one with the greatest natural talent (which will be crushed by the machinery of fame blah blah). As it is you can't imagine Gunner would actually pick her over Hayley.

Hopefully seeing Avery up to it with Femme Fatale Lady will have given her a kick up the bum, but I doubt it.

at Juliette proposing! I do wonder if she really wanted to or if she did it to get back at his Mum after everything she said earlier.
I hope this is the start of something between Scarlett and Gunnar, even if it takes a while...

Loving this show - it took me a while to get into it, but I'm hooked now! Like most I started off not really liking Juliette, but I've warmed to her. Can see why she behaves like she does - basically an attention seeker, presumably steaming from lack of parental attention. She is a conniving little madam, but I think that's what I like most about her! I think she likes Sean (who I think I have a little crush on!), but I'm not sure she proposed to him for any other reason than to show his Mum just what she thought of everything that she said!

Rayna is a great character too, and whilst I don't think she will hoof Teddy to the curb just yet, I do think something might happen between her and that new producer guy, and then perhaps she will leave Teddy and end up with (who she should really be with) Deacon.

Scarlett is a little wishy washy, but I love the duets between her and Gunnar. Avery is a little twerp - but it will be interestesting to see what levels of fame being a twerp brings.

I love that Juliette proposed to Sean! His mother was a stereotypical monied church-going Southerner who will only give their sort of people the time of day. I hope Juliette does marry Sean!

Deacon is my fav still.

Gunnar moping after Scarlett is annoying. I still think she will end up with Avery.

Teddy knew about Maddie being Deacon's So it looks like it's just Deacon (and her, obviously) that doesn't know...
Scarlett, I may have found myself going "oh you stupid girl!" at the screen when she kissed Avery But glad she kicked him out again in the end!

so Scarlett got all the good choons this week! Would be hilarious if the band was renamed Avery's Exes. Hope she can combine the work with Gunnar with the band somehow?

So Juliette ditched the fancy wedding but they are married already?

Hope Record Producer Guy isn't going to disappear now Rayna's going out on tour?
