Micheal Anthony and Tyler are Alfie's cousins and David Essex is their dad! I think the actor that played spencer had to leave suddenly for some reason (did he do drugs or get in trouble with the police or something???). They could easily replace him though. I'm sure nobody remembers him!

As EE now has risible plot and unbelievable characters, the only thing we can do is focus on how they look. For example:
Why does Whitney work at play scheme dressed in over-knee stiletto boots, waist-length hair extensions and white talons?
Why is everyone so orange? Even the men - whatshisname who works with Janine.
If Joey wants to manage R&R why doesn't he dress more smartly?
Why is Sharon turning into human globe and is Dennis ever going to get a haircut?
Can we keep this going so we have to start new thread or is it worth the bother?

I think I missed a couple of episodes, so can somebody explain why a primary headmistress is running the playscheme in the community centre? And wouldn't it be a temporary job she was offering Whitney, so not that huge an opportunity to miss? And another thing - I got home at the end of one show to find Whitney's Moon boyfriend roaring out of the Square all gussied up in a fancy motor. Where did all that gear come from?

They used to be able to pull an inpromptu party "for the kiddies" out of the hat at the last minute.

No Ian is not Cindy's daughter's father. Her father is the man that Cindy was seeing at the time - Cindy had left Walford when this was happening. Cindy died in childbirth.
