I really hated Sean last night when Jason was beating Marcus up and Sean was shouting "he deserves it!". Horrible to the core.

I thought that too Gwen, he was acting as if Marcus was cheating on him and yet they haven't been an item for ages. Marcus's love life is nothing to do with Sean, yet there was Sean, egging on Jason who was giving him a beating. It was horrible.

Couldn't agree more about Sean. Said as much on another thread. It's nothing to do with him and I really hated the way Jason assaulted Marcus. Really vile - showed him in a different light I think.

I can't stand Sean either, but it was pretty low of Marcus to let Aidan think he was still in love with him when he knew Sean had taken their break up so badly. Also he is bound to have some loyalty to Jason having lodged with Eileen for so long. It was a quite a vicious attack compared to the usual Rovers fisticuffs.

I could do without the comedy feud with the landlady of the Weatherfield Arms story, hope they don't drag that out for months.

Gwen- yes Sean was just a jealous old harpie (with apologies to harpies). It's no business of his who Marcus is with.

Marcus only told Aiden it was Sean he was in love with because I guess it was easier than saying "it's Maria". Bad luck that Sean was the first person he ran into!

I never liked Sean- petulant and me,me,me, but now my esteem of him is in the minus numbers.
