I saw this last night. It was horrifying on many levels. Fair play to the photographer woman, she seemed to be OK with her size and rejoice in it a bit. The Godess was a sad woman with an abused son. IMHO, it is never OK to ask your son to provide intimate care for you.
The one with the skinny boyfriend was odd too, I am large of gut but if my DH ever grabbed my belly the way he did hers, DH would find himself with very bruised balls. I can't imagine how anybody would find a woman being tied up and force fed erotic.
The manager/photographer was very sinister. He is the one making all the money I should think.
Very distasteful.
