omg that foot..... I think Im going to be sick.

I am not squeamish by any stretch but those feet!

Just started watching it.

I hate the underwear weigh in; it is completely unnecessary.

What is with a 2am daily 2000 calorie intake? How much does she spend on food?

Have decided against ice cream for a supper snack.....

I would imagine to have any operation you would have to be a certain weight and the american lady probably was too far gone for it to be safe.

I think she has takeaway every night for tea too. She must be spending a fortune?

And I felt guilty earlier having a cream egg.

Had to switch off as I'm recording stuff on the other side- what did they loose/ gain?

Nearly every advert inbetween is for food.

I love it when he announces so proudly 'I'm delighted to tell you you've put on one whole pound!'

Neither of them look any different to me

7lbs on for skinny and one stone 4 for supersize.

So sad. The American woman's son was a bit large too wasn't he?
I am a bit , this programme made DD want to eat supper before bed. In her ideal world it would be a drink of squash and a biscuit. for both of us.

That poor son, he will have so many issues.

It shouldnt really be allowed why has no-one stepped in like a carer.

But how would anyone step in? Presumably you mean the over weight people.
It would be really hard to police every item of food stuff that entered a house.
The large woman's children are already looking a bit heavy.

No, I mean a carer I dunno how these things work in america but why hasn't SS/WS stepped in its grossly innapropriate to have to dress your parent, I mean he probably hasto bathe her to, at best like I said about he will have some serious issues. poor boy.

Tragically he won't be the only one providing personal care for a parent of the opposite sex.
Sad all round really. He seems to be heading the same way, weight wise, as his mum.

It's an odd premise for a 'health' programme. Take one person's eating disorder and swap it for someone else's!

I thought that. When 'I'm not being horrible babe' skinny woman was faced with the mountain of food, I wondered if she'd pass out.
I'll not hoik my pants up too far until I've seen another episode or two.

I'm not at my daintiest at the moment & it's really putting me off my Twirl.

Hayley looks quite athletic- not too underweight

I was amazed to see the blonde lady (is it Emma?) who was in the throws of anorexia last series.

I so did not recognise her.

Last weeks was certainly an eye opener - looking forward to my recording of this weeks.
