Redbull is disgusting stuff.

nomadwantshome not really. We were allowed a bit of chocolate after tea. But we had pretty healthy food. Only wholemeal bread, mum even made wholemeal pizza and treacle tart.. We had to have salad with our tea (bread, marg, cheese) Grandma indulged us though, but that was only a couple of times a week. We went on long sunday walks every week too.

The skinny one looks awfully skeletal.

She just said to the other one 'you;'re gonna kill yourself' does she not realise how very unhealthy her 'diet' is?!

nomadwantshome I just remembered we were allowed a burger king every week after swimming lessons (from about 10yo - 13yo). I think I was basically taught to eat well, keep active but it was ok to pig out if you'd worked hard.

All that tea!!!

this programme does make me feel slightly better about my own eating habits!!! I was feeling a bit guilty about that extra choccie biccy I had at work but looking at what the large lady ate for breakfast it suddenly doesn't seem so bad!!!

Snot fair dh has control of tv ATM! I want to watch it!

Meglet - my parents didn't feed us junk either. It's the same as dh but dh loves junk food (i have to guide him away from it) and I generally hate it apart form fish and chips.

I saw the trailer and vowed not to watch it. Looks like a voyeuristic freak show, and I find Dr Christian or whatever he calls himself very creepy.

The skinny one in the clinic looked a lot more skinny when she was woken up in the middle of the night... Very thin arms.

Makes me so sad watching it but I always hope they manage to change their lives around.

I don't like Chrisian Jesson either. I fast forward his parts . I'm only watching whilst waiting for The Biggest Loser!
