Poussin is lovely. Yes, like chicken but sweeter and juicier. That's the best description I can muster.

Poussin nice, bit darker than chicken - heading towards duck but not there. Cooks really quickly so nice for a mini roast mid week (i buy when reduced in Waitrose)
