I hope they tell her to get off the bed if she stays back to back. Both of mine have been. Labour lying down was awful. Labour standing up was a doddle. I wonder if it doesn't turn they'll show the baby coming out face up? I still remember seeing dd come out that way. I was told the shape of my pelvis encourages back to back lie, I also found out this pregnancy I have a tilted uterus. No idea if that contributes to it though.

Hope she doesn't have to go home..
