late with the celeb encounter stories but I have two - met Su Pollard once in a pub in Kings Cross - she was on her way to a nightclub, we'd just finished a play. She was actually walking past the pub when one of the cast shrieked, dashed outside and dragged her inside, drunkenly telling her 'my mum loves you, she does' - to her credit, she was gracious, lovely and funny and only slightly not that unnerved by being dragged off the street by a drunken bloke to meet a bunch of equally drunk randoms!

Also my mate & I got chatted up many many years ago by 2 blokes claiming to be Bryan Adam's drummer and bass player - we scoffed at them then saw a pic of them behind Bryan in the paper the next day...
