I think James is more bark than bite. He's a fabulously masculine dancer too, osme men can look a bit feminine when they dance, particularly in the Rumba, but not Mr Jordan.

It is possible for Holly to be diffed. They started training in late August/early September so she could still only be 12 weeks or so.

Yep, but she didn't know at first. She thought feeling tired etc. just from all the training and losing a bit of wait.

Holly - I don't know - she's definately put on weight, but she may not be pregnant. Maybe she over eats when under pressure?

I'm a little sad Holly didn't get through as I think Artem's choreography is so interesting. Their show dance would have been fantastic. But Jason was far better last night, Holly looked tired in that charleston.

I think it was the right result. Alex was the weakest and definitely should have gone. Holly seems really lovely but her Charleston just looked flat and clumpy whereas Jason's dances were cracking. Kristina looks a bit emotional though-that puts a lot of pressure on him!

Harry to win, Chelsee second and Jason third, I reckon. I think Chelsee is a wonderful dancer, but I can't get over the fact that she comes across as incredibly thick and annoying!!

I'd much rather Chelsee won over Harry. Putting aside what anyone thinks about her personality or lack of intelligence, she really is a joy to watch - there's true artistry in the way she moves and the way she holds her shoulders is a dream.
Harry doesn't move me at all - putting aside his lack of charisma or personality, his dancing appears rather wooden to me. < gavel >

'Putting aside' seems to be my phrase of choice tonight .

Jason 3rd, but the other two, well it will be on the dances on the night I think, but at the moment I would prefer Chelsee.

It made me laugh looking back at the semis for series four, where the highest score was 39, and that was by a long way.

They are far too generous with the scoring these days. It took until series 2 before they dished out a 40

Oh, and I think that 39 dance (Mark and Karen's AT) trounced both Chelsee's paso and Jason's AT.

Wow, I thought Chelsee's paso was amazing! I'm not expert but used to live in Seville and saw a lot of sevillanas being danced and her shaping looked so authentic! That girl knows how to dance everything! I get really annoyed by the sniping comments on here about her name or intelligence - you're supposed to be judging her dancing.

That said, Jason's sex faces during his AT made my stomach churn.

WTF was that blue woman about? I really didn't ask to be staring into the crack of her arse so much, thank you very much!

thenightsky - Holly's AT music was Por Una Cabeza by Gardel, which was used for the tango scene in the film Scent of a Woman. One of my favourites in my tango collection :)

I think what annoyed me about her getting 40 was I could see a mistake (the running splits bit). I thought it was excellent, but imo, if there's a mistake so obvious we can see it, she shouldn't get full marks.

can anyone explain this to me please, Harry did a brilliant dance both times, why did he get a 9 from Craig, yet Jason got a 10(did he only get his 10 paddle after Harry danced?) also after Harry's first dance only one judge talked, yet all did for everyone else.....??

Harry's dances were easier and sometimes they start to overrun so cut judges time.

If only they cut Brucies time when they over run

Brilliant semi final and yes loved whoever said we will have to suffer more of Jasons "earnest wittering" in the final
