No TV here so I have to watch on iplayer and have only just seen this week's offering. So, my two cents:

I actually rather liked Tess' dress (am I the only one?) though agree it didn't suit her figure and I was cringing every time she came on after the VPL appeared.
The judges were grumpy tonight, though it annoys me that Craig tends to take most of the blame for this. IMO Craig is harsh but fair in his comments, it's Len who does my head in. He's rude to Craig, often makes rude and personal comments to the contestants for what he sees as comic effect (it's not funny), and always gets really grumpy from about week four onwards because he's jet-lagged. He comes across as a grumpy old man, with a massively over-inflated sense of his own importance, who thinks he's the only one who can make intelligent comments on the quality of the dancing. Personally I think most of the time his comments aren't worth listening to (although I still do to be fair, it's Bruno I skip through 
), Craig's are far better observed (and yes I do dance, have just started training to be a ballroom and latin teacher, so I feel like I have a reasonable idea of what I'm talking about). There's no consistency with Len and you just know that whatever he says he's going to pull out that 7 anyway. At least Craig generally awards marks relative to other marks he's given earlier in the show. Jason, Alex, Rory, Audley and Holly were not all equally good Len. About the only point I think he has is that there is too much messing about. I'll give you that one Len - stop faffing about, get into hold and get on with the dance guys.
Whoever designed Alex's costume should be sacked. Poor girl.
James needs to stop with the moody comments to the judges. It's not big and it's not clever and the shouting from the CN was ridiculous - grow up! If he carries on the way he's going I can't see him being invited back next series.
For those who are saying that Nancy is being kept in by Anton's extensive fanbase, can someone please explain to me why he has an extensive fanbase? I find him intensely irritating and purile. I'd love to go and see Erin dance live, she's beautiful and graceful and a delight to watch, but I haven't because I know I just wouldn't be able to stand Anton's "banter" (People I know who've seen their show say he witters on for probably about half of it - ugh). For the record I really don't see what the big fuss is about Ola either. Great body, yes, but what do you expect? she's a professional dancer. Beautiful? hmm.
