I think the unexpected would be that actually River isn't Melody come Autumn. Everybody's been assuming this since the beginning of the series, maybe even before.

So what questions are left?

Was the little girl in the spacesuit melody/river?And does that mean that she cN regenerate?
Who killed the dr?
Why was there a skeleton holding a sonic?
Why are they going to kill hitler?

Actually, I don't think we've ever learnt how/why she can travel, so I suppose her being at least part timelord would explain that.

But that seems to easy especially for this series, it has been so dark and different.

yes i think Melody/River is the little girl in the space suit who kills the Doctor and yes if she is part time lord can regenerate.

Maybe they're killing off the dr and replacing him with melody/river! that would be rubbish though if they did that. or maybe melody/river will get killed so we then only have one time lord again. or maybe the skeleton hand was rory - a good man dies?!

But didn't River realise when she looked at the space suit? And know that someone in the suit would kill him, whether it was her or not?

River must be able to regenerate, as the little girl in the first/second episode was regenerating. I wonder if Lorna, who "died" in the battle is also River. She said she met the Dr on the same Forest that River talked about and it would make sense that River couldn't cone to help as she would be crossing her own time line. The regeneration doesn't have to be instant and it is plausible that they'd change River's name to hide her.

I'm also speculating, in line with the spoiler thread about the last episode, that they may find a way of saving River in the Library??!!
