So is Abby one of the original girls, sent out on the game from the care home? She gets pregnant young and then they pretend they are sisters later?

I think the bagman was a story that they brought to life

I also think all four of those children were from the care home/ abducted and one of them is David drew. do those children know ? The dad does I think.

I also don't like people creeping around. And poking eyes out is not good.

I will be sleeping with a metal blindfold on.

As well as my mouldy meat Gaga-inspired balaclava, natch.

I don't think the mum is mum to any of them.

I did dream about the bagman!!!

Rather, I had a disturbed night. Not the bagman, but noises, funny dreams. And yet I still watch!

I slept ok last night (although was convinced I wouldn't )

My problem is: dh is away tonight, so i will be watching on my own, in a very creaky house

not sure which would be worse - watching tonight and coping with all the noises/creaks from the house, or not watching, and waiting until Thursday or so before the bagman is unmasked Scooby Doo stylee - "I'd have gotten away with it if it weren't for you darn pesky kids interferin'"

I think the handsome more charismatic son is David Drew. The others children I think are either legally adopted or the mother's real children. But Abby is so much younger than her siblings. I don't think she is the father's child.

I think that David/son1 had/has a sexually (semi-incestuous) relationship with the mother and Abby was the result. The doctor daughter witnessed an encounter and that is when he started to reignite the story of the bagman, to keep her quiet.

I'm not sure how Estelle/Clare fits in but perhaps she and David stayed in contact and he somehow has remained in psychological control.

This one freaked me out. I did have a bizarre dream about the bagman although not a nightmare as such.

Thank God DH watches it with me, if I watched it during the day it wouldnt bother me at all, but when its all dark and near bedtime...
