Oh, very good call, JackieNo. I agree there will definitely have to be twist of some kind. I hope Herrick gets back to being normally evil again, I can't handle the tension of his current 'amnesiac-but-still-a-rotter' state!

I had thought Mitchell should be the one to off Herrick, but now I am coming round to the idea that it should be Annie....

Nina needn't prove herself, and George has already got his badge for tearing Herrick to bits... As you can all see, I just really want Annie to kill someone/something!

I thought the 'wolf-shaped bullet' was a bit too hazy too!

I think Nina is the obvious choice but still think she's a red-herring. I did think about her baby (was it in Angel when Cordelia had a baby that was linked back to Angel??? I'd lost interest by that point lol!)

So, AT is off Hobbit-ing for the next year, maybe he'll go off to Chile - they keep mentioning it don't they.

So baby/puppy is born and he has a massive fall-out with George/Nina so leaves. Returns in series 5(?) and the WSB scenario is played out?

(am trying to convince myself that they aren't going to kill him off at the end of this series.....I'll cry!) :)

Oh, yes, and how would Mitchell manage a year in his South American purgatory without starting to feed again?

Nina won't be taking Mitchell out - far too obvious I think.

Nina and George's baby did occur to me too since it's seemingly the only other werewolf option that isn't Nina or George... Musn't forget Herrick though - he has major beef with George and Mitchell so he's a total wild card at the moment

Really enjoyed last night's. Two properly scary moments with Herrick - the bit where his face suddenly appeared on the stairs, and then where you could see him through the reeded glass door of the bathroom. And the stuff with George and his dad was great.

What a brill episode! DH said to me that Herrick is even more creepy and horrible when he's mentally unbalanced than he is as a vamp and I'm inclined to agree. I was really creeped out when he was looming round the house - that guy is a fantastic actor.

Really don't know what Mitchell hopes to achieve from continuing to lie through his teeth - he WILL be found out in the end! George's dad was great.

Only TWO episodes left Glad that Robson Green's back next week as he's ace in this. So exciting!

I could barely watch that scene with Herrick in the bathroom. The Keira-Knightly-alike detective is just so lamb to the slaughter looking!

I loved the George storyline, although it was all a bit neat and happy ending-y. But that chap who played his dad is just so funny in anything. Two things that really grated though- George is Jewish isn't he? Star of David and Jewish prayer in the first episode? But the funeral wasn't... and surely George would have twigged his dad wasn't a ghost because he could smell him (George was confused as to why he could smell Zombie Girl when Annie said she was a ghost). Apart from that, great episode. I'll be gutted when the series ends...

I couldn't watch the sucking tissue thing (is that what he did I really couldn't watch) it made me feel sick.
I love it especially as you really can't second guess where it's going

I liked Georges Dad too, good point about the smell though

Coldcomfort- George could be Jewish from his mums side, it runs through the female line, dp is Jewish as his mum is even though his dad isn't iyswim?

I've loved this series especially the arrival of the McNairs Herick is much scarier as an unhinged vampire rather than a blood thirsty vampire!

I think George will kill Mitchel to release him from being hunted down and I think Annie will then go through her door leaving George and Nina with the baby.

It was good wasn't it! I knew, the minute he saw the blood soaked dressing going into the bin what was coming I was ironing when the scene played out and I had to stop because I physcially wretched!!!

Oh god, even thinking about it now......shudder and vomit!

Are there really only 2 episodes to go This storyline has too much potential to get wrapped up in 2 hours, surely? I think that 5gomad is on to something, and maybe next series is them trying to resurrect Mitchell.

I hope Mitchell doesn't get killed off. He's the best thing on tv at the moment!

I am astonished that Herrick didn't bite her.I really think that means he doesn't know what his senses are telling him. Perhaps a bit like George and his father? The George Jr/Sr storyline was very touching, although I was impressed to see they held off on the final dramatic emotional manipulation of having george/Nina tell them about the baby....

Being human, Vamp Diaries, and True Blood, tv is so good at the moment!!
