I can't find any contestant rumours other than Goldie, does anyone know of any?
Is Alesha back? can only find articles about her not signed contract yet.
No results show apparantly and new format for voting, can't wait - Winter is here.

Oh well, not a huge surprise, I think, that Tina and Jared are out. Tina is just starting to improve and Jared is new so doesn't have a fan base. If that was a dance off, it would be Felicity that would have gone.

I agree with most of the comments already posted here!

Loved Kara and Scott.. He is just fantastic, and he and Natalie make such a great team. Can't wait to see what they do next week! Kara and Artem - they're a bit odd, aren't they? Did they split up at the start of the week? DH thinks that Artem is gay and Kara is his beard!

Now for the rest :
I didn't like Aliona's routine. Too many lifts. But I still love Matt.

I thought Patsy was overscored.

Gavin had definitely improved, but he is just not getting it/getting over himself. All the other sportsmen who have done well in Strictly have been older and more mature and I think that really makes a difference. Also did they really have to strip off? Clothes needed, please!
At least Michelle looks like she enjoyed herself this week and looked really grateful to be in next week. She still looks like a scarecrow when she dances, though. She just doesn't look graceful.
Everyone else I thought was okay...
And Ann - oh dear.. I can't even watch it, I think it's so dreadful so catch parts of their dance from behind a cushion. Who is voting for her? And are people really that interested in what they are doing next week? Really? I just don't get it.. I know people think it's entertaining, but I agree with the judges - I would much rather watch Tina and Jared than Ann and Anton..

I loved the Halloween themes and costumes! And I really enjoyed the show dancers' waltz that was on tonight.

Disappointed with that result. I actually quite enjoyed their Argentine Tango - thought it was really intense. Agree with Carbs - If there'd been a dance off then Felicity would have gone. Bring back the Dance Off, I say!

Does anyone else think ther's a bit of an atmosphere between Gavin & Katya. I feel ther's been a fallig out between them and I don't think she likes him.

I wouldn't be surprised if Katya is a bit fed up. She's maybe a little disappointed as at the start she probably thought she was going to do well this time with a young, fit guy and it's really not going to plan.. And now he's started his rugby training again, he's probably not doing as much dancing practice and, Lord knows, he needs it! Wink

I thought from a ITT clip last week that she looked like she'd tried her best but was struggling with him because she can't get him to relax/improve/act in the way she perhaps knows he could. That and asking him to stop looking in the mirror/adjusting his hair/admiring himself so much. She looked like she'd had enough of him.

Hi, I'm new to this thread and haven't read through all the posts Blush so forgive me if I repeat something. I'm a massive Strictly fan though!!!

Am interested to know what people think of having 4 different dances per show i.e. jive, paso, viennese waltz and argentine tango last sat.

I personally find it a bit confusing and would prefer them to stick to a maximum of 2. I think they are doing the same next sat. From ITT, it seems that Felicity is doing the paso, Kara the salsa and Scott the rumba.

I agree - I'd prefer them to stick to two a week maximum otherwise it's hard to get into it all so much and for us novices to compare how they are doing/getting on.

Agree about the Argentine Tango.

There's still loads of weeks to go but they've covered nearly all the dances already.

From what I can work out the only dances that we haven't seen at all are the American Smooth and the Samba??

Seems like they're each doing a different dance this weekend. As far as I can remember from the last couple of ITTs:

Matt (my favourite) - Viennese Waltz. Bit scared for him it coming straight after Scott's fantastic VW last week!

Patsy - cha cha chaaarrrrrr

Michelle - waltz

Felicity - paso

Scott - rumba - cue one of the highest scoring male rumbas in SCD history I think!

Kara - salsa

Gavin - not sure

Jimi - quickstep (I think)

Pamela - can't remember

Ann - God help us all - the Charleston.

Think that's everyone but I've a feeling I've missed someone. Can't remember how many are left. It's all probably on the SCD website on the BBC anyway.

By the way, did anyone see when they were doing the "Out of the Glitterball" questions and the question was "what body part would you be and why?". Matt said mouth and gave a wonderful explanation as to why! Grin

Just needed to add that last night's ITT cracked me up. The Len/Claud combination makes my world! Could watch them forever Grin For me Strictly wouldn't be strictly without ITT.

Did you see the episode where James & Pamela were on and they kept showing her near fall. I was literally crying with laughter! Grin

I think that Michelle's week with Ian relaxed her. That and Ian's height possibly suiting her better than Brendon's and so her posture/frame (hark at me!) seemed to improve and so her scores improved and she gained more confidence.

Have they changed the rules regarding lifts? I though American Smooth was the only one allowed lifts, but theyseem to have crept into all the dances(I am ignoring Ann/Anton lift as if Craig deducted a point for them he would have o quickly make a "zero" paddle!)

Just catching up with ITT now that the DC are asleep and DH is out. Gav the Plank, not Patsy, is doing the char char chaarrrr. Thanks JAB - getting on and the memory's not what it was!

I love ITT so much. Can't wait for the Friday panel to see what random mix they come up with!
