Starts on Saturday!!
I can't find any contestant rumours other than Goldie, does anyone know of any?
Is Alesha back? can only find articles about her not signed contract yet.
No results show apparantly and new format for voting, can't wait - Winter is here.

How gorgeous is Flavia?! Beautiful song choice too.

Good hips from Jimi, but his arms still need work and he needs to straighten his legs a bit more.

I have a feeling the Widders Quickstep could be more of a "slow" step!

Brace yourselves!

HRHCavey · 16/10/2010 19:30

You've got to love Anton! He said on his Twitter that he'd get the hat and cane out tonight!

It started so well, she was keeping up with Anton and was in time to the music and everything.

Not half as bad as I expected it to be!

Anton, Rob Brydon and Ben Miller (of Armstrong and Miller) must all be children of Bruce - they all look so alike!

Pamela up next!

HRHCavey · 16/10/2010 19:38

Beautiful from Pamela. Simply Gorgeous.

Her arms are so lyrical and she has lovely feet.

MrsVincentPrice · 16/10/2010 19:40

Pamela's rumba was probably quite good, but I couldn't see past that horrific dress. Who did she piss off in Wardrobe?

potplant · 16/10/2010 19:42

Pamela and felicity are the best of the girls this year. Doing it for the oldies!

HRHCavey · 16/10/2010 19:43

What is it with James and the Rumba? He produced that wonderful performance from Cherie Lungie a few years ago too.

Best description of a Rumba I've hever heard - "The rumba is the vertical expression of a horizontal desire."

I think Patsy, Michelle, Gavin, Ann and Paul are all at risk tonight. The middle/bottom is a dangerous place to be.

forehead · 16/10/2010 19:44

I love Pamela's attitude. She works hard, but also has a lot of fun. I think the relationship between her and James is beautiful.
The irony is that he may have been disappointed when he got her as a partner, but she is brilliant

DinahRod · 16/10/2010 19:45

Wonder if James was disappointed initially to get an old(er) bird and then has been surprised like the rest of us by how good Pamela is?

potplant · 16/10/2010 19:46

I think Michelle and Gavin may be bottom 2. Both too self conscious.

Saw James and ola doing the rumba on the tour. It's definitely his dance.

MrsVincentPrice · 16/10/2010 19:47

I think Anne's safe for tonight, and probably Paul as well. I'm worried about Jimi, and suspect Michelle's in danger.

Grrr.
I wasn't able to watch most of tonight's show as we were having tea, putting DD to bed etc ... but I would like to vote based on performance rather than popularity.
Is it too much to ask that they keep the phone lines open long enough for the show to be on the iPlayer? Hmm

I know they film the results show tonight, but not straight away, surely! All I want is to be able to watch the dances, not the whole show.

I know I'm probably BU but there you go Wink

Anyway ... what I saw, I enjoyed Grin

HRHCavey · 16/10/2010 19:54

Phone lines shut at 8.30 I think.

potplant · 16/10/2010 19:54

Hope it's not Jimi, flavia is my girl crush.

TigersChick · 16/10/2010 19:57

8:15

It's 'Coming Soon' according to the iPlayer ...

kiwibella · 16/10/2010 20:16

really good point Tigerschick

kiwibella · 16/10/2010 20:17

MrsVP I liked Pamela's dress - I thought it was flattering and she really seems to be toning up her body. A gazillion hours of dance training Grin.

TigersChick · 16/10/2010 20:19

Lines now closed and the show is still listed as 'Coming Soon' Sad

I know I could just vote for the ones I want to win but I'd rather do it on dancing performance.

Ah well. Maybe next week we'll eat tea in front of the telly Grin

MrsKitty · 16/10/2010 22:08

Loved Erin's outfit tonight, and Peter had improved vastly (I thought he should have gone last week).

Would like to see Michelle go this week - She's just not attractive to watch, it seems like it's all just arms & legs everywhere, and the whole 'poor me' thing is grating already. I think she's had a shock at how much work it is and how good some of the other celebs are.

Matt is still by far my favourite Grin.

I disagree with you I'm afraid Prolesworth, about Michelle. I think she seems really self important and takes criticism really badly. definitely time for her to go!

Love Matt, Pamela and Scott. I thought that Aliona's choreography was a bit too complicated though this week, pushing him is fine, but I think she was right at the limit - he wasn't able to remember to smile!

I think the bottom 2 are likely to be Michelle and perhaps Patsy. I agree with the curses for the lack of a dance off.
