Ola can make anyone look good. I really enjoyed that routine,

Ola's kept the routine nice and simple - lots of basic steps, New Yorks, Cucuracha's and an Alemana.

No foot presure and awful hips though. He's fairly flexible for his age though!

Anyway, Matt's quickstep looks the best since Colin Jackson's in my humble opinion.

If I was going to be picky I'd say that there was a bit of gapping going on at times and he seemed to round his shoulders at times, but that's me looking for faults!

Do you think Craig is making an effort to be a bit more 'constructive' this year, rather than just be the nasty one? Or are the dancers just better this year (Widders aside)?

Matt was good, but no way as good as Colin Jackson.

I should add I know nothing about ballroom dancing, only what I have learned from Len Goodman.

Remember when Colin wore a pedometer and he and Erin danced about 57 miles of quickstep in practice? Or something.

Gavin needs to really get over himself if he's going to do well in the Rumba. It's so slow that any nerves will stick out like a sore thumb,

Not sure about Gavin's hair!

He tried very hard with his foot pressure and actually looked like he was leading at times.

Needs to work on his hands, but not a bad job.

Gavin Henson's really wooden... But Matt was fab!

Thought the judges were a bit harsh at times with Gavin. Rumba is very hard for the male celebs.

Good quickstep by Scott. Natalie is very musical with her choreography.

I think that it was a good speed for a Quickstep, the other songs so far have been a bit too fast.

I was with Alesha on Gavin's rumba actually, I thought it played nicely to his personality. And did I see Michelle crying?

Michelle needs to get over herself a bit. The whole "I'm trying so hard" thing is getting a bit boring now.

She has a real problem with her shoulders/neck. I want to attach weights to them and force them down!

She's quite gangly and doesn't quite look in control of her limbs still.

Not a bad effort, but felt like it lacked "something".

I think what it lacks is several large steaks and kidney pies and some weight work - the girl has no leg muscles at all.

For someone so successful she doesn't have much confidence. She needs to relax.

@ MrsVP - give the girl a burger (or three)!

Well done Mr Shilton there - Erin has worked hard on him and there was definite improvement.
