Mistresses - back in early Aug - yay!

For those that love Mistresses as much as me, I have just read in the latest Glamour mag that Mistresses is back on our tv screens early next month! Fabulous!

didn't she get a life insurance payout on the husband who died in 9/11, but didn't really die?
think all their money is going on Richard's exwife and he doesn't have a job.

She had to give the life insurance back. She had to choose between keeping it and keeping quiet, or shopping her not dead husband to the police.

And Richard's wife was in an expensive home. Is she still alive? Did they divorce? I forget.

Only four episodes? Im not sure where it can go. I take it Richard leaves her? Ive found it a total let down so far. Why would your ex fling turn up to your wedding with all her mates in toe and, why would you dance with her like that when you had just got married? in such a small room where everyone could see you?

I dont like the way Trudi dresses either.

Really, really don't like the way Trudi dresses either, she always looks so frumpy.

Finding it hard to care about any of the storylines in this series although hoping Siobhan gets a happy ending. Really liked Jess in last series but not so much this time.

They should have wrapped it up in series 2 I think, the writers have lost their way although fingers crossed last 2 episodes will be better.

Trudi's wrap dresses look like the sort of pinny/overall things my nana used to wear to do the housework. Chris Webb is rather gorge, I must say. God, Richard's whining would drive me potty, no wonder she's bonking sexy Chris in her office.

I thought Katie was unjustly mean to her Mother who had only tried to protect her - she wasn't the one shagging around. Although Trudi is kind of annoying I do think that Chris is very sexy so don't blame her for liking him. Thought it was weird that they were all invited to Dom's wedding though. Is it just me or does anyone else think Dom's American wife was nowt special (they were all acting as though she was a stunner)? Siobhan is way better looking.

predictions for the next/last two episodes:

(as stated previously) richard will die and trudy will end up kind of with no-one but with chris hanging around enough to convince us that they'll get together after a decent period of mourning

katie will end up with no-one but will reconcile with her mum and this will lead to her to a new understanding of herself and she will therefore be ready for a proper grown-up relationship that she won't fuck up (don't know quite how they'll show this but still...)

siobhan will end up with dom but they won't be too worried about alice as she's so young etc. maybe even alice will be all martyrish and 'allow' them to be together and bow out gracefully?

Jess.... hmm not sure. end up impoverished but happy with mark (she was wearing scruffy clothes in the 1st episode before flashback) and eventually get pg naturally.

and that's it!

predictions:

jess finds out mark had money from soibhan and leaves him, he then has a break down and ends up in a mental hospital

soibhan obviously ends up with dom and lives happily ever efter

katie sleeps with richard and then tells trudi.

trudi is happily shaggin sexy cake man and kicks richard out he then leaves but won't leave katie alone even tho she is not interested
