Where do people buy underwear for young teenagers, apart from M&S or Primark?

I think they do 30 but not 28, but I am just about to pop in there so I will check for you and report back.

And thank you @EveSaidWhat.

@steppemum

I didn’t say you shouldn’t wear what you felt comfortable in. I was disagreeing with the pp who said over a certain size wires are necessary, and asking why when there are bras out there like sports bras equally as supportive.

As for the aesthetics point- that is my own personal feeling on why i persisted on trying to wear wires when i found them so uncomfortable. And yes, for me it was social expectation, getting changed for pe at school or swimming, my sports bras were as uncool as granny pants. In my 20’s- can you imagine going on a date wearing a sports bra rather than traditional lingerie? There were comments.

Re: Non-world bras. I’m a 28H/30GG and can’t remember the last time I wore a wired bra! My boobs look pretty good and are reasonably well supported.

The main issue is people wearing massively ill-fitting bras tbh.

Where do you get the non wired 28/30 back bras? I could only find 1 style for dd to try and it wasn't a good fit.

A lot of high street stores start at a 32 back which is useless if you have a smaller back size

HnM, NewLook, Primark definitely!

demented - my dd who needs a 30 wears wired bras, it is her big sister who wears sports bras, and I mostly order them on-line, she likes crop tops really, but vest like ones are a little too thin.

Marks do have a couple of 30, but they are liek hen's teeth.
Asda last week had size 30, but I think they were all wired

I really hate the way most girl's bras are flowery/blue/pink/patterned etc.
They mostly wear them under white school shirts, so need nude and white. the best ones I found for dd1 were a multi pack of white and black, she has no need of a black bra!

Any high street or online shop.

Dd ended up with a nude underwired bra in 30DD - £36! Found the same one on Amazon for £26 so I've ordered 2 more.

My girls 28E and 30GG, me 32HH. We all wear wired bras. Non-wired versions in this size are made for ladies of a certain age, certainly not for young girls, and to suggest it is society that dictates that is ridiculous. Who wants to look 65, when they are 15??

Sports bras for us, in these large sizes, are really uncomfortable as they squash your tits to hell, and have too much heavy elasticated material, they are designed like that for high impact sport, so I am not sure it is a good idea to wear them every day. Nevertheless, if you are comfortable in them, then great, you have found something that feels good to you. Don't knock others when they find something that feels good for them.

I checked Primark at lunchtime and couldn't see 28 or 30 bras. They all seemed to start at 32. Unfortunately there was no one around to ask, so I couldn't check if they definitely don't do them or hadn't got any in (because maybe they only keep very small stocks of these sizes).

A lot of the cheaper places don't do smaller backs than 32.

Oh thank you OP, I nearly took dd into town after school, as we have been on anew bra hunt for a couple of weeks, and I hadn't thought of primark.

I'll have a look on-line and see if they do them

I'm shocked at the sheer number of people sharing their children's breast sizes on here. I guarantee none of you have asked for you child's consent. I'm honestly as a parent disappointed in all of you 😡

New Look, M&S, H&M, Primark haven't looked further than that but John Lewis used to be good for things as well

M&S Angel range are quite good with soft bras/wires so more comfy.
DD loves the Hollister bra lets though not as supportive but very pretty

It's not about the anonymity aspect it's the fact that so many of these threads are started by fap trolls. No offence to OP.
