dd 14 bedroom

hi dd is 14 up till a fortnight ago i was cleaning her room once a week and she kept it tidy and gave me her washing
since then its a tip and no washing has come out and i asked her to tidy it and she says no no point
do i do it tommorow when shes at school or leave it untill she does it?
not sure what to do for the best she hates me at the moment anyway lol

No. You shut the door and leave it. She will have a panic when she runs out of clean underwear at which point you introduce her to the washing machine.

I know exactly what you mean it is hard. DS1 is 13 and hi bedroom gets in a real mess and I itch to get in there and clear it all up but it really is his job not mine.

You have to try and pretend it doesn't exist. Be strong.

And I suggested she might want to put her washing in the big washbasket in the bathroom if she wants it washed.

I hadn't been in DD's room for 6 lovely, harmonious months. Unfortunately her friend fainted in the middle of the night during a sleepover last week and I had to go in. Even worse her friend's parents had to go in there.

I suggested DS1 may like to have a shower.

DD wants to redecorate her bedroom - I said fine, when you chuck out all your tat and start keeping it tidy
