Are white jeans/trousers EVER "in"?

I have just got 2 lovely tunics from White Stuff in the sale- they would both look goood with white or pale coloured trousers or capris.

Is white a bit naff- especially for an "older" person - but is still a size 10!

I like white dresses with opaque black tights (but rigorously flat shoes). Have I been brainwashed by the wags?

I will admit to find that a hard look to imagine carrying off, Franca...

I was convinced it was a very chloe sevigny look...

What I'd really like is a v. plain white shift dress with short sleeves, but I don't think it's a look I can pull off.

DD has a to-die-for loose white dress with shirring and short sleeves, from BonTon... and little flat sandals in natural leather, with tiny bells on them...

I cut my hair very short, and the other day, in H&M, I got hugged by a Japanese girl, who had mistaken me for her boyfriend... I was obviously flattered, but it is now clear that I resemble a Japanese man, and def not Chloe Sevigny.

nothing wrong with White jeans on a nice sunny day whatever age you are as long as they fit well

I think you can prob look good in them IF you have a body so good that time itself slows down for a gawp.
