I bought a merino sweater dress and some cotton cashmere undies and nighties.

bit bad to hold on to a sale item for so long, but I tried it on again and thought I liked it, then tried it on a third time and thought, no, this cardi is never going to amount to anything...

Gutted I missed everything especially the saddle back and andalucian boot

I would not worry about box, Vesela...I have sent loads of things back without boxes from Boden etc, they don't mind unless it is a specially delicate thing or like a heavy coat, boots etc. which would need its shape...basically if they could have sent it and retained its shape in a bag, you can return it in a bag.

(do not bollock me if I am wrong!!)

It does make you think, if they can reduce something from £345 to £69 then what was the actual markup originally? iyswim...

Oh yes I know the Andalucian boots were gorgeous. Been looking for a pair like that in the sale, but they were sold out hours ago, prob only had a few.

MO if you got that coat in a 10/12 and you are a size 42, i may swap you

they seemed to have a lot of the boots in a 42 earlier. Tis rare to be grateful for big feet.

everything in my basket had gone by the time I could pay for it. The andalucian boots were lovely - so were the riding boots

That coat was in stock earlier in a 10, but I have so many coats it would have been silly to buy yet another one!
