Got my Liberty The Gift of Evening Routine Kit earlier today. I wasn’t expecting to like the bag but it’s really pretty! Does anyone rate the Mimétique cream?

found you All! Didn’t realise last thread was full! Loving the new LE and Chantecaille Christmas edits! I have to be really careful not to buy things I love but to buy things that will actually suit me - I am fair haired with rosacea so the deep reds do nothing for me but they look beautiful on the website - as I found out with LE gloss last year (it made me look ill!). I am going to Trafford centre on Saturday will there by anywhere there I could actually see these in real life does anyone know?

That’s awful @ShineDespiteEverything and @QueefofSheena - there is so much theft from packages atm- surely it is going to begin to dent confidence in online shipping if companies and delivery services don’t up their game!

Also forgot to say thank you for the Sarah Creal rec. I’ve never found an under eye concealer that worked for me but this is fab. It’s possibly a touch light (I got Power Nap) so I might need to swipe a bit of Merit The Minimalist over it (although the colour did seem to soften after a while) but it definitely makes me look much more awake! 😴 I love the bottle too. Any other recs from the brand?

I had a nightmare about that Chantecaile lipstick last night, I was dreaming it was completely out of stock everywhere and woke up realising I really want it so managed to order it from their website using the discount code. Thanks for that @DidILeaveTheGasOn. No idea when I'll wear it as I don't go anywhere. I'll have to start glamming up to put the bins out.

Glad you love it. I've not tried anything else yet. I'm waiting for SNK to do 20% off. I did swatch the blush in store and that seemed really nice so that's on my list.

I’m quite keen to try the concealer but my nearest SpaceNK stockist isn’t somewhere I go to very frequently so I will have to be patient 😡😅

Is the eye brightener any good for covering dark patches on other parts of your face, or would you also need a concealer for that?

I've also got the lip primer on my list. It sounds a bit gimmicky but the reviews on Space NK seem quite good.

My LE lipstick arrived and I've just had a quick try of it. The shade is absolutely beautiful and it's very sparkly and shifty, almost like a duo chrome for lips. It does emphasise lip texture though, there's no getting around that. I don't mind too much but if that's something that would bother you it could be a pass.

Yes, I've used it on nose, cheeks and chin. Seems good there too.

My Chantecaille lipstick is out for delivery - fairly impressive given I only ordered yesterday and it was standard delivery.

I’m thinking I need to explore Erborian CC products to reduce redness…I’m enjoying the serum but only have a sample.

And I am using up a Bobbi Brown Face Base as my main moisturiser. I thought it was just primer but it’s doing double duty under my SPF and is SO GOOD! No heavy greasiness, no pilling, I’m enjoying it immensely!

@TragicMusethe erborian cc in the green tube is amazing at covering up redness. I use the shade clair (fair/neutral) and it’s really good. Some people find it pulls orange on them though, usually if you’re cool toned.

Has anyone tried the MZ Bioplacenta serum? I impulse bought some from TK Maxx but haven't collected it yet. Wondering whether to return as I already have a load of skincare and serums including the Bioeffect serum in advents. Plus I remember last year some people got out of date eye creams from MZ at TK Maxx. Would be good to know if anyone has tried the Bioplacenta and if so is it good or not...

@TragicMuse I am also a big fan of the CC red correct. My daily go to is Erborian super BB cream and I find that is enough day to day. It has better coverage than the CC cream. If I'm going to drink alcohol or it's a hot day, I'll use the red correct as a base with the super BB on top and that is the best combination I've found for covering redness.

The LE Spinel lipstick has serious staying power. It's survived a pasta bake and latte lunch amazingly well.

I saw the Laneige Beauty Icons edit in Boots today. The case is lovely. I didn’t buy it but I am tempted!

They have the boots No7 good intent gift as the star gift this week. I've just bought two.
I like this range for my tret days.
I also prefer their skin sip to the Rhodes and their toning pads are also great.
It's £30 and you get 5 full size I think. Just tried to check but boots website seems to be down for me.

It's really nice. It's not a casual look lipstick though, it's quite dazzling. I wore it for some teams calls today but not sure I'd wear it to the office outside of the xmas lunch. Definitely a party season piece.
