The Boots Laneige set seems a bit underwhelming for the price to me. There are always various Laneige Christmas sets which often end up getting discounted on LF etc and would probably work out as better value.

Black Friday is coming and I need to be thinking tactically 😆

I like the look of this! It feels much more like a GWP of a few years ago. Some exciting things in there which I haven’t tried like the AB lip. And doesn’t feel full if the same stuff that’s everywhere. Just annoying it’s such high spend. I’m currently in bed with the flu so have lots of time to fill my basket up.

I agree. Although I’ve already purchased the BAC when they gave me a 15% discount because I’m soo easily persuaded. However, I’ve been wanting to try VB foundation drops and @OvaHere has sold the Sarah creal eye to me so I’m not far off the spend already. 😂 just wish they had the LE Christmas line too.

edited to add. If they had put some of the items from the gwp in the AC then I would have probably purchased it at full price. These items would have certainly lifted the AC to a more exciting prospect.

I expect to see the Lisa Eldridge Christmas collection appear in the next few days - it normally takes 3-4days before it’s available. I can see Liberty and Selfridges only have the sets and not individual items so far.

It would be amazing if the timing all lines up with the gwp.

There is quite a bit in the SNK GWP that I would like; I have plenty on my wishlist, so I will reach the spend. I do love curating my GWP basket🤣

My RM postman handed me half opened envelope, someone was trying to take out Dior lip medallion (thankfully couldn’t) 😳 I am shook. It was Boots order. I would like to complain about poor packaging on their behalf as I have pictures.

I'm going to stop ordering from Boots online as the packaging is so poor. I've just had a delivery where a shower gel has emptied over everything else and ruined it. My heart sank when it arrived in a Royal Mail plastic bag

I went to the Sézane store opening in Chelsea today lured by the promise of a free gift. It was an excellent gift, I was expecting a standard tote bag but it was a canvas tote bag (the same canvas as their new canvas collection), a small scarf and a 100ml bottle of their new (not yet released) EDP. They had an engraver on site engraving the glass bottles but as it came boxed I decided not to engrave mine as I’m not 100% sure I’ll keep it. Also delicious chocolate coated madeleines and coffee - I’d definitely recommend going if they do it again!

The chantecaille lipstick is being sold at a few different places including the Chantecaille site. But John Lewis, Liberty, Harrods and Fenwick all have it too. I went for Aventine but the rose one is gorgeous too.

The way they do discounts is odd - I didn't get an email for the winter radiance reduction. Without one it showed as full price on the website. I did get a half price email for A and B collagen - which said it would only work till midnight but still seemed valid a couple of days later.
I might hold out for them having a decent black friday offer.......................

@user593how wonferful 🥳 I would run if I was nearby 🏃‍♂️I love Sezane but find their sizing to be a bit tricky to judge from online pictures. I had to send a few orders back to France despite them having a store in London.

@Thelifeofawife I used my other half’s email to get 15% off as a new customer with code member15 😁my brand loyalty seems to have evaporated lately. Unless it’s for a brand that gives points and rewards.
