Yes, I have several shades. They absolutely work! I find the brighter/deeper shades too much for me but I often use the xoxo shade - sometimes under another lipstick, so that when it wears off after eating my lips are still tinted. You can adjust how deep the colour is with how long you leave it on for

I also use it, and really like it. It definitely lasts for me.

I'm planning on picking up some more shades next time I see a good offer.

Three new beauty boxes on John Lewis for early access. Quite like the look of the buyers favourites box.

The fairy is just the username of a guy/2 guys who SOMEHOW get access to the various Cult sets. Nobody can work out how they get them but they sell them at a discount. They run a whatsapp group and periodically let people know what they have to sell then you can message them if you want anything. I ordered the last Cult gwp and it arrived with no issue

I was just looking at the new JL boxes. They look good but I am trying to stop myself buying anymore.

Ultimate looks good, but expensive. Note rhat the blurb says la mer moisturising soft cream but the picture shows a cleanser..

I was only thinking the other day I haven't tried the La Mer cleanser and why doesn't someone stick it in an advent/edit rather than La Prairie all the time.

Good point. Mine too. Although I didn't get the £10 off beauty last time. I feel like JL rewards work on a lose it or use it. The last £10 off I didn't end up redeeming because there was nothing I wanted in the timeframe. I'm not hopeful, will probably be discounts on tech or kitchen appliances. 😂

Got the SNK GWP. After much in and out basket, ive gone for a Sarah Creal lipstick, the Elemis cleansing balm set, Saltair scrub and a YSL Libre set. I have the beauty pass, and it should arrive tomorrow. But it wont, which is annoying as its my only day off.

I’ve got 20% off sofas so I’m really hoping they replace that with a beauty one. I also need to hold fire because I’ve just ordered the SNK GWP and it always feels better if I spread these purchases out over a week. Especially as I stupidly declared at the weekend that I have enough and I really don’t need anymore products. However, need and want are very different things. 😬

Nice list. I’d quite like to try the saltair scrub. I’ve been impressed with all their products that I’ve tried. I went for the Sarah creal eye brightener because @OvaHere is such a good influence and the prequel cleanser set which again I think @OvaHere was talking about a few months ago. I also added the LE eye Christmas set that someone on here was also talking about. So the conclusion is I’m very easily influenced. 😂

In an attempt to not think about the SNK gwp or the JL edits I'm going to post about things already own.

I tried the MBM eyeshadow palette from the Sephora advent this morning. I didn't wait until December because I wanted to try it ahead of the Sephora sale.

Considering I just dived in without a plan I've got a really lovely eye look which manages to toe the line between a bit glam but not too much. Also seems quite flattering on not young eyes.

Does anyone own his other 2 palettes - the original Ethereal eyes or the one released last year with the green/reddish shades? Any thoughts on either?

I've put both on my Sephora sale wishlist. I absolutely don't need another one but it's the only time MBM goes on a good discount.

I think I have two as I have the UK and EU advent calendars. The EU one has the Makeup By Mario Master Mattes® Eyeshadow Palette: The Neutrals. I’m not opening them until December though. I’m not sure if you have any plans to visit Europe anytime soon but I thought I would mention it. It’s much smaller than the U.K. one and in my head it’s because it’s perfectly designed to fit in a suitcase.
