I see you've managed to open it now, but mine is also a struggle to get the drawer out too. The bottle is too big for the drawer!

@FK79i think it was about 10:40-10:50 am. So not long before it all started.

I went on about 10.45 but was 10000 in queue so it does seem random

I have only ever bought a couple of things from there and I certainly won’t be ordering online from them given what I am hearing about their poor CS!

It seems you can add the gwp with just the calendar at Fenwick. Add calendar and then add the gwp. Both should appear in your basket.

Well I completely missed all three SFAC releases. I'm disappointed but it sounds like it's been a complete shambles anyway.

No unlucky .. but I have one from the first drop luckily just thought I would try as could pick one up for someone else. Mine is for my son for his birthday he is the fragrance pro in the house although he has drawn me in now!

Pheeew, just finished catching up with the 2 days of what looks like an absolute shitshow. Makes me appreciate my luck during the first drop and feel infinitely sorry for those who have been trolled and gaslighted by the Selfridges. I also feel sorry for the staff on the shop floor, who are not involved in any decisions, yet are left to fend at the front lines.

I have no doubt that the bots have also taken over the CS, hence such poor response to @NC543210 's complaint, Ebay/Vinted bot stylee (fake compassion and reiterating the same bs without any regard for what is actually being said). I am pretty confident that your bank will be able to do a chargeback though, just keep at it!

I'd steer clear from websites like that. A simple google on them reveals that they either send fakes or don't send anything at all. Trustpilot is filled with fake reviews, likely. I think the websites like that are set up by frauds in an attempt to cash in on the people's misery and desperation to get highly sought for items.

My SFAC has been damaged at the dispatching depot and will not be sent :( Looks like I might collect mine in January when I visit London.

Forgot to mention that you need to join the loyalty scheme to add the Fenwick gift. You also get to choose 2 samples. I haven’t actually ordered the calendar myself but it’s in my basket tempting me! 😃

Yes. Had to tip the calendar forwards. The bottle is too big for the drawer and gets wedged. Also the lid on mine was loose so it had leaked a bit. (Only that one, none of the others.)

At the moment I don’t know, I am in touch with the personal shopping team.
If they do have one, with it having to be transported twice to get to me I am going to ask for it to be kept until I visit. Good excuse to check out the handbags, not that I need an excuse!

Still resisting the Fenwick GWP, I already have the BAC gosh darn it. I put some of the new Bobbi Brown The Met products in my basket and I am quite tempted, you get a GWP with the Bobbi Brown stuff over a certain value as well so the basket ended up heaving with stuff at tremendous value and then somehow I didn’t complete the order.

There’s a good forecast for Sauvignon blanc shortly and a roaring fire in the log burner and those do sound like ideal conditions for buying a load of stuff I don’t need…

I've just succumbed to the Fenwicks BAC with GWP. That is absolutely it for me now!

Haha, ability to resist definitely evaporates, when wine is involved.
I am trying really hard to resist Fenwick, especially because I have quite a few of the perfumes full size already.
Sirene Privee sample has arrived today as well, and it's absolutely lovely and makes me regret not embarking on the BT adventure. JL are doing a GWP on beauty purchases, but it still doesn't justify a 310 pound perfume.

BTW, this is aboslutely shocking, they were selling "the hack" for money?!

To get the fenwicks gift I had to add the cheapest thing to the calendar and guess what it was? The bloody centella mask! Those who remember the CB debacle a few months ago may remember this as there was a deal to give £10 worth of points with any purchase so a few of us were snapping up the cheapest thing which was the centella mask. Thought I'd seen the back of those things!

I got the GWP and 2 perfume samples though so it was worth it for £3
