That's why these chat threads developed into a series. A hardcore bunch of us couldn't let go of advent season one year. 😂

I had the sulwhasoo serum in a previous edit and used it up (which I don't remember taking very long). It didn't cause any irritation or anything but did indeed feel completely pointless. I won't be rushing to use the new one

Speaking of stash shopping, I am having problems with my lip again - and very sadly watched a YouTube video about best lip balms last night 😹 One of the top recommendations was the SK product Dr Reju-All. I thought: Ooh, I have one of those somewhere.

Queue frantic rummaging around the stash at 2am and this morning have woken up to lips that feel a lot better!

I also watched a Beauty Calendar YT last night about best Prime buys and was pleased to note that the Medicube pink collagen jelly cream I bought yesterday was one of the top buys. I got it for £8!

Also at stupid o'clock this morning I realised I could cancel items from my Amazon order so have cancelled the toner pads. A great bargain, but I have just bought some from SK and don’t need two jars of a product I may not even get on with/bother using!

SK have responded and yes, I have to retrieve every single item and photograph them to show that the missing item aren’t there. Plus they want a photograph of the sealed box showing it wasn’t tampered with before delivery 🙈

Quite how I am going to turn back time to yesterday is anyone’s guess.

There’s also a whole list of other requests that seem difficult to comply with given I opened everything.

I suppose this is the end of my relationship with them then 😿 (Good for my wallet, I suppose, in the long run!)

This morning I unboxed the WA Onyx Hydrobalm I bought in the summer and decided to save for autumn (when CB was mistakenly sending out MAC GWPs). It’s a lovely berry colour, brighter than I expected when it’s dried down. I’ll be getting a lot of use out of this over autumn/ winter I think!

Did the courier supply a photo to confirm delivery? That might work for the sealed box photo. Could you raise a dispute with your credit card company if they refuse to refund you for the missing items? What a pain!

What? That is horrible customer service 🤯 how dare they not send the items that you paid for and then turn it on you prove it!!

I decided to buy some La Mer cream whilst people are selling off their BAC stuff. I have bought one this morning then suddenly had a thought to check my stash, I knew I probably had 3 already but they are only small pots. Nope, I have 5 already! Plus my Elemis moisturiser haul of approx 4 from last year! Plus around 10 others 🙈😅
Whilst writing this I have also suddenly remembered that I have my Prai order from M&S which is still sat in a box somewhere.

This weekend I am definitely doing an itinerary of my stash!

I love the reju-all! My other opened lip balms haven’t got a look in since I opened that one. I use it before bed to every night and it’s sooo good. Quite thick but really makes them soft in the morning.

My postman left a parcel behind the parcel box as opposed to inside it, where it obviously should go. It's got a massive lid so not like it wouldn't fit or anything.

@user593 and @ShineDespiteEverything - the driver just dumped and ran - no picture. The box wasn’t tampered with in any way - StyleKorean just missed the items off my order. It’s a Korean company so I can’t call them - that would cost more than the value of the missing items 😿

It’s taken me two hours to retrieve everything from where I had unpacked it, whilst translating the invoice from Korean to English and then trying to identify everything on the order. The whole process was not helped by the fact that part of the order was a mystery box!

I have sent them everything I could via Chat, so we shall see.

I actually want my order, so I hope their solution isn’t for me to return everything - but I have a horrible feeling…

This seems like a good buy when you look at the contents . Am very tempted ! Only went on to see if Glossybox was showing any cheaper for me ( £75 and not tempted ) Think I prefer this

This happens to me too. Tucked in next to it by the door. And then you get other drivers who shove everything into the box so it’s full to bursting and dead obvious 😂

Mine too someone could easily nick out of it but I will take the risk. The lockable ones were £££££ This is a garden storage type one from Argos for £50.

I was mildly tempted by that too @diamondsandrose and similar to you I was just having a look to see if the Glossybox discount fairies had visited. I think there are a lot of jumble sale-style edits around at the moment, enough to pique my interest but not enough to make me buy them - and considering at the moment I’m a feral raccoon buying everything that stays still long enough, that’s saying something.

I hope it’s not indicative of how Black Friday will be.
