Oh I love the AB The Rich Cream 😍 I get painfully dry skin in the winter and this is one of a few creams that actually helps. It might seem like it’s not doing much, but it has TFC8, peptides and other stuff so it helps support the skin barrier as well as hydrate. I don’t use it all year round, it definitely is a winter product for me, but my skin loves it.

I’m trying to resist the Luminous Skin edit, but it’s very tempting with the discount code.

I would be tempted to buy another CB luminous edit purely for the Medik8, but im not going to. I bought the SNK Ultimate skincare edit yesterday and i have 2 orders on the way from Yesstyle & Stylevana. My cardboard recycle bag is always overloaded with my delivery boxes👀. Im not buying anything now until BF🙈

Just checked my bank and I’ve spend nearly £500 on beauty stuff this weekend 🙈 It’s dangerous having all of these deals and GWP around the same time. I need to step back and go buy some food for the house while I still have some money 😅

@LoveLabradors Liberty a/c issues:

1. Reome broth leaking
2. Sisleya lotion - some only 3/4 full and many expiring in Jan 27
3. Liberty then made the situation worse by replacing both of the above with Reome and Sisleya that had £5 stickers on - showing what they had paid the suppliers for these products
4. When challenged on the sticker issue, Liberty’s response was to send out replacements with the price crossed out on the stickers
5. One poster on another thread said that she checked all the products she could on CheckFresh and everything was expired or about to

Imo, Liberty should be ashamed of themselves but they don’t care.

Thanks again for a lovely new thread @OvaHere I'm enjoying my Sunday catch up - I've bought 2 of the CB luminous skin edits, a forever loved edit, plus And Then I met you cleansing balm and some sheet masks so I got the Glow Recipe minis to - I really like the bronze ones, much better than the Drunk Elephant ones I bought (and never use as they aren't quite right) This is all consolation for coming to the conclusion I need to cancel my BT advent now I'm not going back to Dublin until December. I just can't work out how to get my hands on it without spending a fortune on flights, damn!

Hi does anyone know what’s going on with SNK birthday gifts? Its my birthday month , and got an email to say my code is delayed , saw a pp had hers though .
I’m hoping the delay doesn’t mean that by the time I get my code sent it is sold out , as others are getting theirs ? 😬

@IlovePond oh my goodness that is terrible! How far has Liberty sunk?! It felt like such a premium experience 5 years ago, everything wrapped in tissue paper and in a Liberty bag via dpd. Fantastic GWPs and great customer service. And now to this. That really is a shameful debacle and I’m glad I no longer shop there. I’d be so unhappy if I’d spent all that money on a calendar for that. Disgraceful.

I think people need to be wary of the online batch checkers and contact the brands directly.
An online checker was showing a Sunday Riley product was over 5 years old however when contacted they confirmed it was just on a year old.

I agree there needs to be some caution. We know that short dated or expired products have made their way into beauty edits and advents before but I'm not sure these online checkers are always 100% accurate for every brand either.

I think contacting brands directly is a good idea if not sure about a product.

I could fess up to other things but I’m trying to use beauty amnesia as a don’t panic re purchases tactic. .

Same 😅 I bought 3 of the luminous skin ones, but said “a couple” being sheepish 🙃 I figured if the combo I want to try works, then it’s worth stocking up, and if it doesn’t then I’ll just try to return or sell one of the sets.

I was good only buying one of the forever loved edits, and none of the others though 😇

I placed 3 separate orders to get my haul - first was the luminous skin then I thought about how great it was the code actually worked on new edits - so bought the forever loved one (there's only one thing I probably won't use - the mascara, not a fan of black mascara anymore and everything else is a staple already) by which time I'd decided the first edit was such a great deal I'd better get another one. Did feel guilty and slightly mad by the third order!

I've ordered the luminous box - you know how cautious I am usually, well, I thought about it for all of 30 seconds!

@Thelifeofawife & @LightandBreezy im considering placing a second order for another Luminous box if the codes are still working. I’ve warned dh that there’s a lot of brown boxes incoming!
