New thread. Welcome back everyone. It's taken a while to get through the last due to how busy the advent threads have been.

All the holiday releases are coming out now and Black Friday is looming. So take a seat and buckle up. 😊

I've gone for the Liberty scent kit despite having a few of them already.

Really hope I get the Bourbon option out of the two Fabrica perfumes. I can't remember which one actually came in my summer kit but I bought the other option on Vinted so have them both. I have the Fugazzi Purple from a BD box and sold the one from the summer kit. I also have Morning Chess and maybe Ghost of Tom. I think I might have Witchy Woo (definitely have a candle of it) - need to check when I get home!

I'm going to sell duplicates though. There have been several 7-10ml bottles that I've loved over the years so bought a backup on ebay/vinted. But but I've not finished a single one of the originals!

Its still good value regardless and I'm excited about trying the ones that are new to me.

I've not looked at the other kits properly yet.

I got excited just now by the JL hands on events for Xmas.

Then I saw they were £35-50 per person. 🙀🙀🙀

I was looking at them but do you know if you get any goodie bags for that price or you're just paying to watch someone talk about beauty products?

I went to the Clinique event and it was really interesting and I got a MyJL goody bag just for showing up, plus a glass of bubbly. Let me try and dig out the picture.

(I did also spend a bunch on Clinique but that's OK cos I wanted to, it wasn't a hard sell).

Picture - the perfume is PdM Delina de rose (sp?) and is lush (but too pricey for me to get a full one)

I'm tempted by the Liberty Scent kit but I dislike Ghost of Tom and a bit meh on a couple of the others. I'll wait and see what else might appear elsewhere. If it sells out I won't be hugely disappointed

@XelaM and @SheilaFentiman - sadly the ones I was looking at were the arty/crafty ones - you get absolutely nothing for £35-50 except the item you have made and a drink or two during the event.

I really fancied the bag charm session and would have paid £15 for it, but £35 is ridiculous!

@OvaHere Thank you for the Sarah Creal instant under eye brightener recommendation, I cannot BELIEVE this product, it is amazing. I feel ten years younger!

Would you do a GRWM with pics of products used maybe? I'm wondering what other products you use that are equally as amazing 😀

That's great. I'm glad you love it and it's not just me wowed by it. It's a really good product. Works well on other areas of the face too like around the nose and chin area.

I have a lot of make up and quite a bit I rate highly so I'll have a think about all the things I reach for most and do a list.

@IlovePond I guess you would have to drink the Prosecco to get your money's worth :)

ETA I have gone back and checked the event info and apparently the goody bag is worth over £150. It is a v nice one and I guess the perfume would be worth £40-£50 by comparison with a retail size.

I was tapping it on to my under eye whilst on an internal call preparing for a big client meeting and I went from knackered to fresh so fast. Amazing!

The pink lifting ones should smell lovely, I have the cleanser on the go at the moment and it's a lovely rose scent. I'm sure someone on here likes a rose scent, but it escapes me.

@XelaM it says in the info bit whether there is a goody bag eg the Trinny event doesn't have one but you can get the ticket price off any purchase on the day, same with the Aveda and NARS one (that also says goody bag but doesn't give a value so might just be sample sachets).

@DidILeaveTheGasOn @OvaHere i now desperately want to try this! Which shade do you have? Have you got the concealer too @OvaHere . I’m hoping SNK might have it instore to try. I would do anything for less knackered eyes 👀 😁

Small SNKs have limited stocks of Sarah Creal at present, IME, as it's a new brand for them.

I received mine on Saturday and still not opened it 🙈 I did test it in store though, it really is gorgeous. I'm glad I've got it waiting 🥰 I tried the eyeshadow palette too and wow!! The colours are so beautiful. The photos really don't do it justice. It's definitely on my Christmas list 🎅

No, I was planning to go back for the concealer if I liked the eye brightener but to be honest this works fine as both on my skin tone. The concealer does have a wider range of shades though and I'm going to assume it's also very good.

I’ve had a shit day and am now very tempted by the Sarah Creal 😅 I think I’ll order Power Nap and do something I’ve never done and return it for credit if it doesn’t work for me. I don’t have the time to hunt around SpaceNKs to try it.

I must be getting fatigue as a few years ago I'd have been ordering all of these with no hesitation but now I just think 'got that' 'seen that' and with the exception of the scent kit I'm not excited by anything. Luckily I still find the scent kits VERY exciting.

I got Power Nap which is the second lightest. It’s peachy so it cancelled out the thoroughly knackered tone and replaced it with rude health. It reminds me of the film, Death Becomes Her. I am Meryl Streep!
