New thread. Welcome back everyone. It's taken a while to get through the last due to how busy the advent threads have been.

All the holiday releases are coming out now and Black Friday is looming. So take a seat and buckle up. 😊

Are you logged in? I think you have to be logged in to see them.

Hi I am logged in. I’ve tried using the link and could see a couple of kits at bottom but now it’s not showing me the rest

Advententhusiast · 20/10/2026 09:21

Skins also released a new fragrance edit. This time it includes a voucher for 25 EUR for a fragrance purchse from a minimum of 75 Euros.

None of the Liberty kits take my fancy; my bank balance is relieved to hear 🤭

Advententhusiast · 20/10/2026 09:24

Am I the only one who thinks Liberty kits are way overpriced?

IlovePond · 20/10/2026 09:25

Thanks for the links.

I like a couple of these edits.

Do any of you regular Liberty customers know if they are likely to hang around long enough to be included in any promotions before Xmas?

Thanks

I was just thinking the same! Especially compared to the CB edits.

Doglover73 · 20/10/2026 09:31

I had an email that took me too them..
Gutted/relieved none are wowing me. 🤣🤔
I have £80 credit but will hold onto it for now.
Have tried a lot of stuff from all the kits and know they aren't for me so pointless buying for the sake of it. Nothing amazing imo.
I think the cult ones were much better.
I have loads of the eye masks. Another repeat. Same Mcknight sprays! Same old.
Great for people who havent tried them but 🥰
The fragrance set, I know I dont like 5 of them, so again no point. I have plenty to go at.
Being sensible. 😇

TellMeStories · 20/10/2026 09:37

I’ve ordered the Liberty scent kit. Some interesting fragrances to try although I could do without another LBTY Ianthe 😊

I very nearly got the Liberty evening kit as I've been wanting to try the Trinny elevator and with the extra 10% off it seems good value but nothing else in the kit really stood out to me and I dont 'need' more stuff to just add to the cupboard of hoarding....

Please tell me there's likely to be a good offer on elevator at some point so I can try it, I do like the bag too but still I need to remain firm (unlike my neck!).

I love a lot of the Trinny products and am impatiently awaiting their Black Friday deals.

But it’s worth knowing that quite a lot of their skincare products are refillable, and when you buy refills it’s 20% cheaper which is pretty good in my opinion.

I use the Elevator and really rate it. This is a great price for it with all the other items in the kit so I’d recommend going for it! I’ve just ordered one (it’s a no brainer for me as I use the Elevator already).

IlovePond · 20/10/2026 09:43

I’m tempted by the evening kit.

OvaHere · 20/10/2026 09:49

I bought the evening kit as the Elevator has been on my wish list a while and £63 isn't bad with the other stuff thrown in. None of which I need but that's not the point. 😂

The make up kit looks nice but I'm going to pass and none of the others appeal enough.

I hadn’t spotted this and I’ve nearly used up my Elemis neck cream and have been wanting to try the Trinny one. I had some vouchers so got the kit for £51.90. Very happy with that. Thank you!

Ahhh! I forgot I had £30 in vouchers so have used them! I'll add it to my BAC pile - I bet it wont fit in any drawers!

MummyMummyMumMum · 20/10/2026 09:53

TragicMuse · 20/10/2026 09:02

But the Elevator itself is usually £79 so it is a good deal. I might go for it as a refill for my own Elevator.

If I do I’ll have a spare outer canister you can have, if you like. Then you could get a refill instead.

Edited

Thank you so much for the kind offer but I caved and used some vouchers for it! So it really is a bargain, especially seeing how a couple of you use and rate it!

Maybe I'll pop the other bits on Ebay to sell - Vinted sounds like far too much faff!

SheilaFentiman · 20/10/2026 10:03

Grr JL has finally cancelled my SbA concealer (I ordered 3 SbA products ages ago to get £5 off, one arrived, then the next about 2 weeks later and now finally they have cancelled this one!). They have split the £5 voucher between the three products so will refund me £14.72 or something. Seems a bit mean to me as it's their stock error but I CBA to argue for less than £2!

IlovePond · 20/10/2026 10:08

Has anyone here successfully returned anything to Shiseido?

I am intending to return the a/c to them unopened as they won’t rectify their mistake of removing the GWP from my order but am worried they might refuse a refund.

Btw, they are an appalling company imo, and I won’t ever order from them again.

ClutteredPalace · 20/10/2026 10:27

I like the look of the Liberty scent kit. Im tempted but might wait till my next BD credit gets added as it will be nearly free for me then. I read one of the scents as 'Morning Cheese' to start with, I'm so glad I was wrong 😅

LoveLabradors · 20/10/2026 11:16

My Chanel Mont Rose holiday 26 blusher arrived yesterday. It really is gorgeous, very relieved that an impulse expensive internet buy has worked out! It is just the prettiest glowiest shade, sounds odd but really healthy glow looking!
The neige d’or highlighter arrived too, it’s huge but I suppose the clue should’ve been in the description of an “oversize illuminator”! It looks very pretty but not tried it yet.

Hicupping · 20/10/2026 11:18

The evening and morning kit feels short, and the skincycles is doing the heavy lifting in terms of value. Men get a better kit. The fragrance in the men's is down as heavy male leaning on Fragrantica which is a shame. Weirdly the serum in it is described as lots of niacinamide but the ingredient doesn't appear on the ingredients on any site I've checked.

With the 10% off everything else is free as that’s the cost of the elevator more or less in

I thought that but coming in at £63 with BD discount it's cheaper than many of their other kits have been and I only want the Elevator, other bits are a bonus and I really don't want to be adding much anything to the stash. 😂

I went for it for the Elevator…
