Good morning everyone! I've just ordered the CB edits - I went for Scents and Forever Loved. They stuck around for so long last year but I think this year they are better priced and may go quicker.

I think the Medik8 one will go. That's a really popular serum.

I'm not impressed with the fragrance one but it's not that expensive either so could be popular.

I've just bought the luminous skin for the Medik8. I may get some of the others if they do end up reduced in a few weeks.

I've bought the CB Luminous Skin edit too (with code - thank you!) even though I don't need it and I'm on a beauty shopping ban (self imposed), but hey ho...

I too have picked up some edits with the code. The luminous skin one is such great value and then the fragrance one fell into my bag. I only like the discotheque so not really a good buy, I got excited with the code. I did use £5 credit so it was only £26 but still.

Suddenly thought to check my account for credit after I’d already bought luminous skin. Found £5 so obviously I had to go back and spend it - perfume edit now on the way as well. I suppose being awake at an ungodly hour on Sunday morning does have it’s advantages!

Very happy with the CB edits. I previously used the Medik8 advanced peptides and liked it but didn’t quite get the hype. However, after seeing someone recently mention the amazing results they had using this alongside with new PDRN (which I have already bought) I decided to give it another go. I am clearly hoping for amazing results as I’ve done all in and bought multiple 🙈😅
I did use the code and some credit.
I had more credit I could use but I’ve returned my duplicate BAC order so once that is processed they will want to take some credit back and I don’t want to end up in the minus again! (Though it did stop me spending there for a while!) 🙃

I bought 2 Luminous Skin edits too. I've never bought 2 of a CB edit before but the full size Medik8 and AoS is such a great deal.

The CB code also works on other edits - including the Medik8 travel size kit

ETA that the Medik8 discovery set does get terrible reviews regarding the sample sizes, but might be useful for travelling

Thanks @OvaHere . I also bought the luminous skin with the code and credit. I considered the colour one but having looked in detail the lip pencil is a weird grey colour and the milk balm is a beige so would do nothing for me. I really am trying to not buy anything with any misses in it, it ceases to be a bargain by that point! I don’t think I’m bothered by any of the other edits.

I was dithering about the CB edits but noticed that the CBAFF discount was working on what was already in my basket so it seemed rude not to pick up the Forever Loved and Luminous Skin edits given that 20% off...

I was another who thought AB was overrated but the rich cream has been great now that I'm using Tret (the Votary balm from the last Liberty box and U Beauty's facial oil also fab) so worth buying for me. And I'm very into Medik8 at the moment - wishing I'd bought another of the C edits with the Vit C serum in and the hydrating one in the purple bottle.

But I am with the posters who said that they're trying to avoid tiny plastic tubes. I do think it should be possible for companies who charge these sort of prices to use something more sustainable for their packaging.

What was the Liberty BAC debacle? I’ve not read the BAC threads! Agree that all the big beauty retailers need to up their game. And let’s be honest the mark up on beauty products is enormous. All of them have tanked with customer service too. My best beauty bargain this year was the Hearst GH/HB bundle. It was brilliant value and promptly delivered. I’ve been pleased with LiB in the main apart from the irritation of learning it was cheaper on TikTok. That’s just annoying.

I see on your screenshot it says you got a free gift - was that with a code or because of your loyalty level?

I also bought the fragrance one with the code. The small vials are really handy for going on holiday and I fancied trying some new fragrances - at that price it was silly not to.

I've also gone for the luminous skin edit - clearly don't need it, but I wanted to use the £20 gift voucher from the AC. Annoyingly, mine never arrived so after much back and forth with Customer Services they emailed me the code instead - but it's a discount code, not a gift voucher, so I can't stack it with CBAFF.

Oh well, I had £15 of points as well, so it's still good value for £25. And now I can go back to ignoring CB unless they send me a really good birthday offer. I don't think I've ever had a good experience with them!
