I've well and truly smashed the £1500 budget 🙈 my list does include la mer double drawer, Augustinus Bader, Dr Barbara Sturm, victoria Beckham, hourglass, Sarah creal, 111skin, byredo, pdm, oribe and my favourite eye cream, the Sisley eye & lip contour cream 💁🏻‍♀️

Well, I haven’t got the SNK email 😤 I literally placed an order with them in the last week as well!
I’m Deluxe tier, and have limitless delivery pass.

I feel like it’s got to be similar to BT, but it’s more expensive than BT, so it really needs to be good! If it’s got FDB sirene I’m getting it, I don’t care what else is in it! (That’s a lie, at that price I also want La Mer & AB moisturiser, and possibly some jewellery or a Foreo bear)

Whoever said they wonder if SNK have gone Vogue, I read it as gone ‘rogue’ which I felt was quite fitting 😅

I think it’s so bizarre of them to reveal this so late in the game given the price point. I wonder if they are taking some products out of the £275 BAC and making up a “limited edition” one as they aren’t doing so well?

I can take or leave the Selfridges FAC. I did really like the FDB Patchouli but I wouldn’t be too devastated to miss out (I’m looking at you Sirene)

I keep thinking about my White Company calendar, I’m excited to receive this one!

I’m really fed up with SpaceNK now. If the super-whooper BAC is amazing I’ll be taking my mediocre, basic one back to them in a strop. Feeling cheated that they’ve already taken my money and haven’t even invited me to the special luxury premium tier event with an email! If I’d known they were doing this I might have gone for it. But it’s too late now as I definitely can’t afford both. Very underhand SNK and not impressed!! Great way to alienate your loyal customer base….

I've just put 18 full size things I'd actually want in my Space NK bag and it's only come to £700 ('only', but you know what I mean). I didn't go overboard with the brands so there likely will be La Mer or Diptyque or something in there. I doubt it will be tempting at £410. Not that I got an email anyway 😒

I got a bear from Vinted for £30 last week. it's genuine and works fine. Definitely more powerful than my nuface mini.

I also gave up when I realised just 12 products would get me to £1500; I had the Kate Somerville k8 cream, Oskia midnight elixir and Medik8 advanced peptides. Eye cream went to AB, balm cleanser to Tatcha
I chose Sarah Creal for the blush; Victoria Beckham for lipstick and Lisa E eyeshadow palette.
Oribe and K18 for hair products
Perfumes are PDM Orina; Byredo and a few others undecided

Makes you wonder if in the next couple of years the likes of Harrods, Selfridges maybe even CB will follow suit and have these £400/500 extra luxe AC aswell as the usual offerings. We will have to see how fast it sells out🙈

Thanks! Had no idea there’d be so much of the Harrods stuff on Vinted and eBay already. I’m going to shove my stuff in a drawer till next September and sell it then to the people who run out of the stuff that’s being sold now 😂

Over past 3 weeks I’ve made £169 selling unwanted items from last year’s Liberty AC, which is a nice surprise!

My dream SNK luxe version would be a cross between the Skins AC (with the little 3D pull out boxes) and an Escher painting.

When I open it, I’d like there to be those rays that come down from heaven (or just some twinkly lights), and then a little family of Borrowers (ok, Polly Pocket type figurines would do) living in one drawer, that I could pose each day; a bit like Mr Bean in that episode with the toy shop window.

I’d love some Diptyque La Droguerie and Santa Maria Novella prods. And then just some classy bird stuff that I haven’t tried before.

I’d actually just love a female equivalent of the Liberty Men’s Advent Calendar (full name given out of respect). Peak perfection IMHO. In fact, I wish I’d just bought one for myself.

Still super excited about my F&M Beauty AC though! It’ll be my first time with F&M and it looks stunning.

Agree it’s naughty that SNK didn’t fess up at the start. Hoping I don’t get major league FOMO.

@8books I’ve sold a few things in the last couple of months from last years BACs. It can be hard to get the timing right but sometimes it works well

Yep, I've come to the conclusion that it must have some filler or teeny tiny products in to bulk it out. So like ova says, not quite our luxe expectations 🤣

I think it should be Sisley, La prairie, la mer and maybe new AB products. Diptyque and some cire trudon, and on day 12 or 25 a Spirit yacht. 😀

Sell it in January. I have the Harrods BAC and I'm sure I'll want to pick up lots of the products on Vinted, but I don't know what I'm going to like yet! I'm one of the minority actually opening my BAC through December 😆 Last year as soon as I tried something and liked it, I picked up a second on Vinted.

It's actually frustrating seeing my feed flooded with HBAC contents at reasonable prices thinking I hope they're still easy to buy once I know whether I want them!

Mind you I have picked up a couple of things from other BACs, so there must be a good market right now with buyers who don't have HBAC and know what they want from it

@namechange0998776554799000 I've sold a few things from my Harrods but it's mostly still intact. I take out what I know I won't want and will sit in a drawer gathering dust and sell it. Then I make a list of what I want from other calendars, buy it on vinted and add it to my calendar 🥰 It's now upstairs, all ready to open in December.

Which bits have you sold?
I have sold the hairspray as knew I wouldn’t use it and sent the curlers to another MN’er. I have left the rest untouched for now, partly because it is a birthday present from DH and my birthday isn’t until Saturday so I don’t officially own it yet. 😂 I will probably sell the PK products and maybe the Gucci gloop too.

And none of those guau (sp?) stones. Or a thing that comes with a voucher for a more expensive product like the one in the HAC. Or a treatment that you can only get in London (great for the London people, worthless to the rest of us). And none of that 'this perfume. Or maybe this one. Then again, maybe this one. Who knows?' that Liberty do. And no snail slime or bee venom stuff that many of us are either allergic to or have the ick about.

But most of all - nothing out of date!

For anyone doing DIY BAC’s, these launched at Space NK today. They have been one of the must buy items for people on trips to the US and expect they will be popular.

I tend to keep thngs from the FACs until I see something I like better and then if I'm not too fussed about it I will sell it to pay for the next thing - so I have an endless supply of perfume and it doesn't feel like i'm spending (obviously I'm buying the AC in the first place - ssshhh -girl math)

I’m also new to the F and M BAC this year, although mine is a Christmas present so I’ll be doing Jadvent with it.
I’d promised myself that I wasn’t going to look at the products online so they would be a surprise, however…..
I had a quick peek on BD at the first product which is a moisturiser by a company called Wildsmith, it retails at £120. Getting very excited now 😝
