Recommendations for soft, affordable eyeliner please?

Can you give me your bestest, affordable and softest eyeliners ?.

They must be soft, really soft. Ideally not too pricey unless you convince me I won't be disappointed. Not gel, standard old school kohl type.

I bought another Kiko one yesterday. They had a payday offer of £5 off if you bought 5 items. So I did. Got some highlight drops to mix with foundation - much cheaper that the Pai ones I had that had congealed after a couple of years - an eyeshadow, an eyebrow pencil and a nail varnish.
