I can’t remember but I want to say about £25. As I recall the import duty was supposed to be included in the cost and it only took an e-mail to sort it out. As it was an error it may not happen to you.

I received a damaged box last year and they refunded me £20. I think a few people had issues with the Montale fragrance and the Gucci gloss. I've checked mine and there's no issues 🥰

Mine had a grease mark on the top. I thought something had leaked but I can’t find anything. I don’t repurpose the box so just can’t be bothered with CS.

@JoRaRaRa , is it Thé Noir 29 you like? I have this one from last year's JL Advent Calendar. I have spritzed it a couple of times but, unfortunately, it's not really for me (I loved both the Initios from that calendar, though!) I'd be happy to sell it or consider a swap for another mini / travel fragrance or anything really... I haven't listed anything on Ebay for months now after a very disheartening experience from selling the mini Frederic Malle Portrait of a Lady there: the buyer emailed me not even 3 hours after having received it claiming it was a fake as it didn't last. At least I could get her to return it eventually but that has put me off selling other stuff from the 2025 calendars, so I will be happy knowing the Le Labo is going to a good home 🙂

@Nolatime77 also, I know what you mean by these things putting you off. I've had a few issues on vinted with buyers and it's putting me off using it.

An update regarding the Space NK Naturium body wash which has leaked everywhere - they are sending out a replacement. I would rather have had a voucher to be honest, but better than nothing.
I have the Liberty BAC too and am almost dreading checking it going by some of the reports on here...

My box seems to be fine with no bashed corners or very visible imperfections, however some drawers feel a bit stiff, as if slightly big for the space assigned and, heartbreakingly, the product in day 1 was broken.😭

What issues have you had @JoRaRaRa ? Im waiting for quite a few things to arrive so hoping all is OK.
The teen box from Latest in Beauty has arrived and is brilliant for the price so thanks to whoever posted. Im going to make a stocking out of it for dd.

My Harrods Beauty Advent has been fine with no dents or leakages thank goodness.

Such a pain to chase that sort of thing 🤨. I feel for you all with issues with various advents. They are supposed to be a (not inexpensive!) hassle free treat.

@JoRaRaRa Do you know what the issue was with the Montale fragrance? I didn’t check that, only accounted for it being in the box (I already tested it in Selfridges so was leaving untouched until December)

Thanks for this. Ive just ordered from ilia. Ive had there spf skinbase before then binned as didnt reach for it that much. It wasnt quite the right shade. A bit too pale. My skin has redness and ive always gone for paler shades to wipe out the redness which I now realise makes me look ghostly. I think the shade has changed due to meno. A bit warmer so ive gone with a warmer shade. Got the neutral rose stick free and the 20% off. ♥️
The trouble with me is i end up placing a few orders as love a bargain. Although my skin is super sensitive atm and ilia has a good rep as a clean brand and no fragrance. I love fragrance. My skin doesn’t 🤔🤪
I tried the prequel cleanser last night. My skin was ok. Its reacting to pretty much everything atm. 😳 so glad I got that. Need to declutter old,scented cleansers x

Does anyone have any insights on what is going on with the YSL Pure Shots range, specifically the cleanser?

I finally got round to using a mini cleanser I've had for a while and really like it. It's similar to La Prairie and Dior in performance but more affordable. It's out of stock everywhere though.

I don't need another cleanser but maybe fancied getting a full size down the line but wondering if it's discontinued.

Went on to pre sale on Pureseoul from email link at 10.05 and sold out already !

I just received the Harrods fragrance advent. Im so happy with it. 😀

I did a scent test yesterday. I liked the Jeroboam and did not like the Gong. But maybe i need to scent test Gong on my skin because i sprayed quite a lot of stuff yesterday.

Also had the chance to finally smell Commodity Milk Orchid. I like it. Just wish GB would reduce the price already. For 75 pounds its a nice calender

Oh yes try Gong again! I think its beautiful. It smells like summer picnics in the park with children blowing bubbles to me!!

There is a pin that should hold it and there were some where the pin got out and the fragrance spilled. At leatst thats what I saw in unboxings

I think its the Yuzu that put me off when smelling it. Its a tangy smell that really goes all the way up the nostrils. But often its so different on the skin so definately will try before writing it off conpletely. This was the one I was convinced Id like lol
