Tinted moisturiser with SPF recommendations for natural look in your forties

My gp has said I need to wear SPF every day looking for recommendations of a tinted moisturizer with built-in SPF. I don't really wear make up so something that looks natural ( 43 so a few blemishes and lines I wouldn't mind easing)

It’s not a good thing for an SPF if a little goes a long way. You need half a teaspoon / two fingers’ worth of product to get anything close to the protection of the published SPF. A 40ml tube should last a month, tops, if it’s your only SPF. It sounds like it would be better used as a tinted moisturiser with a bit of bonus SPF on top of a dedicated SPF product.
