Me too! I don't know why Sephora excites me so much, maybe it's the psychology of the long wait for the reveal, but probably it's because there's lots of make up I will use.

I nearly just bought the Charlotte Tilbury advent because it has 20% off. I have at least 2 if not 3 beauty light wants coming, 2 setting sprays and 1 lipstick already in advents. Fortunately I saw sense and have not ordered!

Make sure you set up an account with Parcel Flow too. They'll give you your Belfast address, make sure you note this. I didn't and then I had to ask for it again 🙈🤣 I've set up my BT account and put in the PF address as my delivery address. I just hope I don't panic and forget to check everything when I come to ordering.

Thank you 🤣 their primary service is actually doing it the opposite way, so GB to NI or Ireland, they're still in the process of sorting the website for Ireland to GB via NI. So if there's anything you want that's not shipped there, have a look into it. They're called Parcel flow. It sounds like they do quite a few beauty and perfume shipments.

I think it's worth it for the perfumes, ab and la mer 🥰

So to get this clear.

You add the address they give you then shop as normal. Then when a parcel turns up at their depot you're sent an email to log in to Parcel Flow and arrange forward shipping.

Is this correct? You don't need to pre warn them you're making a purchase?

I've added the Boots Skincare and FAC to my basket. I disregarded the Skincare one after seeing full spoilers, but looking at it, it's a good way to get a top-up of products I would buy throughout the year anyway. I'm tempted to have an "oh, bugger it" moment, but I'm holding out some restraint for now, as if SNK goes live tomorrow, I'll be grabbing that anyway.

I used to use AddressPal and Parcel Motel for that pre brexit. But parcel motel stopped trading and AddressPal charge the customs fees plus an admin fee so I rarely use it any more.

It’s presumably much the same as AddressPal. When you set up the account with the forwarder they give you an account number. You set up your address with the company you’re buying from to include your name, account number and the forwarder’s address. The account number is essential as otherwise they don’t know who to forward it to.

Same! Although I also bought the Liberty men’s for my husband, and have been toying with the idea of getting the Diptyque one for the house - so neither are technically mine 😬

The first part is correct. You shop and get it sent there.

I emailed them yesterday asking them to confirm the process for when they receive it.

I need to also find out how they link it to your account. My name isn't overly common but if there's 2 accounts with the same name, how do they know who's it is? So I need to find that out. I would assume we need to mention a customer reference number somewhere.

I want the Brown Thomas calendar now too because I am such a sheep. Fortunately I haven’t got a clue how to get my head round this business if sending the a/c to Belfast then my house 😹

The BT is very tempting but seems a lot of faff, I’ll have to properly look at it when my head is a bit clearer. I get nervous about things like this, it’s a shame they will likely sell out quickly so no time for someone to trial and feedback to us 🙃
I really want the FBD serene though (as well as other bits)

I’ve gone though my lists again and in reality I only really want Sephora for the MBM palette and a couple of other cheaper things, so I’m going to do the sensible thing and step back.
Same with Selfridges and JL - despite them being good overall BACs with plenty of items I’d use, there isn’t enough to excite me or high value enough to justify them.
So it’s just SNK for left for me, and even then I may wait to see if there’s any sort of discount.
Having looked back at my spreadsheet from last year, despite wanting so much at the time of ordering, I only actually loved or was excited by 2-3 products from each BAC once I’d tried them. So it is a bit of an eye opener for me. I should probably review edits the same way 😬
Obviously by tomorrow I could have a completely different mindset 😅

Not wishing to be an enabler or anything but I used mail forwarding services pre Brexit and it’s not really a major faff once you’ve signed up.

@IlovePond @Thelifeofawife I think it'll be quite easy once we start doing it. We'll all be doing it together so we can help each other 🥰 first thing to do is create your account on parcel flow, write down your Belfast address then create your account on brown Thomas and add the Belfast address. Then we sit and wait for a few weeks 😀
