My biggest concern is that we don't actually know how much the bac will weigh so we can't determine the shipping costs yet. Hopefully it'll stay in that £10-15 area 🤞🏻🙈

That’s true. I suppose it’s like anything and you don’t know until you try it, but with the BAC being quite spendy it just adds to the nervousness.
That said, now I’ve ruled out the other BACs it does leave a spot open which would be a shame to not fill 😁

We'll probably all buy it and then HN will release their contents and have the same fragrances 😭🤣

@Thelifeofawife I agree, I do feel quite nervous about it. Definitely paying with a credit card for it all 😬

@JoRaRaRa tbe Belfast address is the same for everyone I believe/ it’s the offices of the company. The bot that makes me nervous is not having a unique customer number to add to the address on BT.

And I do think HN will come out later - surely they were all ready to go by the time the buyout happened.

The Space NK is the only calendar I want and I’ve been massively jealous that lots of you have been receiving yours in the last week. There were some posts saying it could be live today. I woke up super excited and it’s not yet available to buy. I will check again at 7am…
also I’m hoping the FIRST20 will work initially until they realise their mistake

It starts with a suite no so I didn't know if they have a few of those 🤔 it would make me feel a lot better too if there was an ID no. I think because you put in the item tracking no from the retailer, they then track it that way but still, it's not great. I'm going to call them today.

I use a US forwarding company and the suite no is unique to you and how they differentiate and allocate parcels, this sounds very similar

Nearly ordered Selfridges BAC last night but in a freak turn of events, I stopped myself! Very odd. I even had the green light from Mildred! I’ve got a ludicrously boring and laborious day ahead of me today so my temporary foray into having self-restraint may be rather brief.

Last year Spacenk allocated all their people on their waiting list a time slot to buy . I hope they don't do that again

I'm taking the sensible decision to stay away from the BT ordering, mostly because I can't afford endless calendars 😂 It's already on my radar for next year though, as is F&M as I'll probably still have a huge stash from this year so I'll need to mix it up a bit. My DS orders loads of things from Japan and China and the ordering system sounds very similar.

Overall I'm disappointed, I thought this would be a definite yes but it hasn't got as much of the brands I was hoping for, and the bag/pouch style doesn't thrill me.

Morning all!

I had a crazy busy weekend, so massive thanks to @SoloCat for so enthusiastically setting up the new thread (I nearly got whiplash 😂😂😂) and @JoRaRaRa for your insanely excellent detective skills. Which I now realise we already knew about from your excellent FtF identifications, too!

I get a bit anxious about this type of process-y type stuff but I really do want the BT (despite this being year 1, having said I’m only getting 1, and already having Liberty BAC and JL FAC 🤦‍♀️). I’ll try to get accounts set up this week.

@Thelifeofawife I think it was you who asked about eyeshadow primer on the last thread just before it closed? I used urban decay primer and it makes the most insane difference to how long my eye makeup stays in place. Wish that wasn’t true, but any day that I’m doing more than a vague swipe of one colour, and I want that to look the same more than 3 hours later, then i def need to use it. It’s not expensive but I would happily remove the extra step if it didn’t work so well!

I was looking foward to seeing this reveal. But, i think its a pass from me too.

Space NK seem to be doing an odd release where the earlier you signed up to the waitlist the earlier you get access. I just trawled through my emails to 2024 when I last bought it and waitlist access was the 9th that year. I wouldn’t be surprised if the super eager who signed up immediately get an email today either telling them they can buy or telling them when they can buy.

It's quite nice but not one I really want. It does have a full size SR Good Genes so if anyone was buying SpaceNK for that product then this is cheaper.

I did it last night. It really was very simple in the end. @JoRaRaRa is a genius because it opens up the potential for a few sites that don't ship to mainland UK.

I'm not sure I'm even going to try and buy BT but if I do it's ready to go!

Just done my daily check in with Beauty Calendar and seen the ASOS and You ACs. Although I usually put together an AC for DD, I might get her the ASOS this year.
