I'm teetering on the edge of impulse buying it too. I don't even want it 😂

I almost bought it then realised my original plan is to buy the skincare from CB through vinted and it won't cost me 195 quid, and some amazing edits will release in the next few months where most of the kits would be usable rather than 25%of the CB bac.

Can anyone advise. What’s the difference between the two cult beauty ones? Does the special one have extra stuff or have they removed some stuff from the standard/signature & replaced with other stuff? More perfumes.

Vyrao Ever 11 has just arrived as an ebay purchase from the Liberty advent. Its lovely, had a quick spray to make sure its nice enough for my frankenstein.

The only other Liberty BAC perfume I didn't already have is MP Crystal Saffron which is on the way.
I like the sound of the Sisley product but that will depend on how high sellers price it. I might also get the 2026 bag on ebay/vinted too...

I'm still a little sad that Liberty wasn't a no-brainer because I saved my BD credit for it but I'm at least using last years box for my frankenstein.

Oh my goodness in the space of 10 mins I ordered the CB advent!! But then had buyers remorse as I don’t need two settings sprays, the make up shades aren’t great for me, I wouldn’t be able to use the PC retinal.. so I then went back and cancelled the order 😂 I think I just got excited as they deliver internationally and I was excited about just a couple of items like the AB rich cream but I wouldn’t easily be able to sell on the things I wouldn’t use as we don’t have Vinted where I live. Lesson learnt. Now awaiting k-beauty reveals….

All I know is the special edition is perfume-focussed because the signature ships internationally so it has more restrictions on the fragrances included.
Its only the fact that I’m scared of ordering the wrong one that is stopping me from ordering - I don’t actually want either of them, so why is the Special in my basket??

@SavageGarden23 @paristotokyo which items are you interested in from the Cult Beauty Advent Calendar?

@MrsE1yes the special has fragrances included so cannot be shipped internationally. The other edition then has a few other things like ab rich cream, sdj body cream instead of the fragrances. You can check the content lists for the differences.

I succumbed to the CB signature BAC this morning, even though I’d have preferred Selfridges I didn’t want to risk waiting to see if that came back into stock. Despite me still being in negative credit with CB, the £20 discount and part credit I’ll get made it more palatable.

I then pottered about for a bit and came back on MN to see the discount code 🙈 So of course, I ordered a second one 😅
I don’t know whether to try to cancel the first, it feels a risk in case they also cancel my discounted order. But I can either break down the second one and sell off most of it, or sell the whole BAC at cost when it goes OOS online.

I think I lost the plot after yesterdays rubbish day.

I was set on Space NK but then saw the CB code and changed my mind but now it doesn't seem to work so perhaps that's the dilemma solved! ARGH

Hmm, I haven't received my CB £20 voucher yet, even thought it says it's been "dispatched". Not that I need it urgently, but it sounds as though it should have been an automated thing. I'll give it a day and then try customer services, but not a great start...

Got a dispatch email from CB for the perfume samples that were on the same order as the BAC, but no dispatch of the BAC itself. Wonder if they are going to cancel that as the code shouldn't have been used on it.
And no £20 voucher.

My Selfridges BAC just arrived and I opened every day and I am so glad I got it - it is such a wow product for me! Can't wait to reopen in December now.

Are they dispatching straight away though? I ordered mine with no code at 7.45 and haven't had a dispatch notice yet.

The calendars dont come direct from cult beauty. They come from a seperate company that packs the calendars. Hence why you get different orders.

Looks like they got wise to CBAFF but will they honour the ones that went through before that is the question. I'm honestly not that bothered, if it goes through fine, if it gets cancelled I'm not buying it at full price so can live with it. In the hands of the advent calendar gods now.

I noticed that the code is no longer working on the calendar. Probably a good thing that the temptation has been taken away from me.

I’ll sit on it for a couple of hours until I’ve chance to go through my spreadsheet again, and if I decide to go ahead and it’s still available then it was meant to be.

I went from saying I wasn’t bothered about SNK and that JL was front runner, to deciding I want SNK & Selfridges but missed out on Selfridges, to buying 2 CB this morning. Now I’m considering Selfridges again.
I don’t think I know what I’m doing anymore 😅💸💸💸

Maybe a lie down in a dark room or a G&T is in order. 😂
