8:30 this morning I got a dispatch email from Cult Beauty. By 10:30 Royal Mail messaged me to say they had sent the package to the wrong depot. <<sigh>> Who knows when I'll get it. I made DD stay home to pick it up. She'll be a bit annoyed at nothing turning up. Or possibly not, she's a student and very fond of her bed.

Ok I have just looked at my Harrods advent again and I have 2 door 17s and no door 10. The items are right so no repeats just no door 10. Would this bother you?

It’s very poor quality control for Harrods to do this and I’m interested to see how their CS deal with this (I would def complain but they are pretty useless) but I’m also very interested to see if anyone on here has 2 door 10’s 😂 so you could swap.

Do you mean the doors are printed incorrectly numbered? That’s surely going to be a misprint across all of them then…

also CB shipping time is diabolical when in Ireland I think it said it wouldn’t ship for 14 business days, I’m too pregnant for delayed gratification 😂

Mine has a 10 on the right, 17 on the left (I think it's that way round).

Spent this morning ripping apart the CB box to hide in the recycling, then listing all the makeup on Vinted - thanks again for those that suggested it, I think I've made about £50 already so it was worth the effort, even though I suspect I've been too quick to accept offers.

Have removed most of the Harrods makeup and replaced it with the CB skincare, and then hidden it away in the hope I can forget about it now and get a nice surprise in December! And then I'll list the Harrods makeup over the weekend and hope that Vinted don't ban me for listing too many items.

But for those who were being encouraged by AI to restrict their purchasing, I think it may have a point. I have a LOT of stuff to use now...

Mine hasn't even been passed to the technical team. They've just resent it three times, and unsurprisingly, doing the same thing again and again isn't working... But at least I know it's not just me - misery loves company and all that. I'm about to try again, wish me luck!

I’d enjoy the Cowshed AC, but I wouldn’t pay £300 for one (of any brand). For that kind of money, I’d rather buy several carefully selected bottles and tubs of my favourite products (I don’t wear make up).

Hi having a bit of panic with the Harrods fac as I ordered on 3 August, same day as beauty one. It’s still showing as Been at stage one, but it said it would be delivered on 3rd September. Now I’m worried that I’m not going to get it.

Good news though is that the harrods bac has been dispatched, orders this on 3 August (dispatch date was showing as the 10th)

I’ve just had email saying CB has been dispatched! I’m also still considering SNK so I’ve gone from thinking I wouldn’t get one to potentially getting two (well, three if SNKFAC materialises!) Do people wait until December (or even January) to open? I don’t know if I can wait 😇

i ordered FAC on 3rd and just had an email through this afternoon to say it’s been dispatched …the order status has been changed from pending to dispatched ….still waiting on BAC that was ordered on aug 27th
