it looks like a manufacturing issue with the Reome in that the caps just aren’t quite tightened enough. It will be a nightmare for Liberty to sort and mortifying for a relatively small brand to have disgraced themselves like this with a big customer. Hopefully most of the bottles are ok and it’s just isolated incidents.

I have just opened my Liberty calendar and have the same problem. I’ve messaged Liberty on WhatsApp to see if they can send me another one. Thank you to all those who mentioned this issue. I wasn’t planning on opening my calendar before December but am so glad I did.
This is my first time buying a Liberty BAC and have to say I’m very impressed with the quality of the calendar and the drawstring bag.

@JoRaRaRa i hope your dad’s surgery goes as well as it can today. Thinking of you and all the other ladies who are going through difficult times at the moment.

Hello everyone, I’m mulling over what to buy this year - have had the liberty a few years but don’t think the contents I want from it are worth it - himself bought me the flannels one 2 years ago which was epic! And last year the Hannah Martin one was good. My dd is 13 & more into makeup so trying to decide what I can offload to her or whether to buy her one for herself

this weekend’s job is to make some tough BAC decisions!

I've not heard back from Liberty, I used their WhatsApp to message them yesterday as any email I've had back from them regarding the leaking Reome has disappeared so I couldn't reply to them. Today I sent them a photo of the £5 sticker to jog them into sending a response but still nothing. They're usually much quicker at getting back to me so I wonder if they're dealing with a few complaints regarding this or just ignoring it.

Finding myself watching the Plouise live for advent spoilers. What is wrong with me? 🤣 I dont want or need PLouise but there is something about it speaks to 13 year old me knowing how much I would have loved it when I was a child. I won't be buying but will enjoy hearing whats in if for nostalgia.

It's quite a nice gift and plus the fragrance feels like a good deal. I have been eyeing up the Westman Atelier foundarion so treated myself to that. Hope I've got my shade right as it would be an expensive mistake!!

Ooh I like the look of that, please share what you think of it. Really Ree did a video comparing it to Victoria Beckham today and it looked similar which is good as I love the VB. I plan to try shades out in store tomorrow.

@viccabelle I always find the P Louise calendar weirdly fascinating and I love watching Alexandria Ryan’s unboxings each year. My favourite thing is how everything seems to have a key ring attached - not just lip balm, but all sorts of random products.

Maybe people buy it for their 12/13 year olds, even though it’s £250.

Did anyone else receive an email like this from Liberty? No mention of sending a replacement.
